Sam's POV
I was sitting in maths class, contemplating whether, if I hit my head on the desk hard enough I would die, when my friend, Rachel passed me a note. I opened it, silently thanking Rachel for passing me the note. Otherwise, who knows what I might have done?
Let's go to our hideout- hamster.-R
Okay after the bell rings?-S
Duh -R
Will you inform G?-S
No, you tell her. -R
Okay -S
I passed the note to my friend, Grace. She read it, caught my eye, and nodded. Great. Now I only needed to survive for about 13 minutes and 26 seconds until the bell rang.

I sat up straight suddenly as the bell rang. I must have dozed off. I stood up and looked around for my two best friends. I couldn't spot them.
Great. They've left me, I thought. Then Grace appeared from behind me, caught my hand, and dragged me out of the class, with Rachel in tow. Okay, so they didn't leave me.
'So', she said with a bright smile, 'We survived that torturous math class.'
'Yeah.', I said. 'Pretty much. Lets go.'
We walked up a flight of steps next to the janitors cupboard, where nobody except the janitor went. But that wasn't our hideout. Our hideout was way cooler. We reached a locked door.
'Gimme the pin', ordered Grace. I handed her the pin. She inserted the pin into the lock and turned it around, and the lock clicked open. The poor janitor always wondered how the lock was always open, when he had locked it everyday. Oh well, he had to deal with it.
Slowly, we opened the door. Students weren't generally allowed to come here, since the walls were low and the school's electricity controls were here. If we wanted to, we could shut the electricity of the whole school. That is why we had to make sure no one was there. We couldn't get caught. Secluded places were hard to find in a school as big as ours, and the available secret places were already taken. Also, we called our hideout hamster simply because it was the first thing that had popped in my mind. Grace and Rachel had objected, and I had consented to a change of name, but somehow hamster had stuck.
'Anyone there?', I asked Grace.
'Nope.'
'K then. Lets go.'
We stepped out onto the roof of the building - yes, that was our hideout-and slowly closed the door behind us. Mission accomplished.
From up here, we had a view of the entire school. And we had privacy-to talk, to fangirl, to do anything we wanted to.
Grace pulled me to the railing, which was no higher than my knee. 'Look.', she excitedly pointing to an unsuspecting person down, who was walking past our hideout. 'Its HIM. Its MJ!', she exclaimed.
'Who? Michael Jackson?', I asked.
'No, you idiot. Malcolm James. He's on the swimming team. That's where I met him.'
Grace loved swimming, and so did I. We were planning to take swimming lessons together, even though both of us could swim better than average just because we wanted to.
'Do you like him?'
'NO! Shut Up! Of course not. What makes you think that, huh? We don't even know each other properly. I only know that he's on the swimming team and that he loves Harry Potter and Percy Jackson and Mortal Instruments and that he is scared of ducks and that he listens to Fall Out Boy and Panic! At The Disco and that his favourite colour is green and he has Superman boxers and that he has an extremely clingy girlfriend who obviously isn't right for him.'
I raised an eyebrow. ' How would you know all that if you don't know him properly?' I asked, taking out my phone and playing Immortals by FOB. Mobiles weren't allowed at our school, so this had to be kept secret too, like our hideout.
'Are you accusing me of liking him??' Grace demanded.
'No....no. Of course not.' I said.
'Guys, shhh...... Sam switch off the music.', Rachel said, from her post near the door. 'I think someone's coming.'

Sooooooooo, this was the first chapter of my story. Did you like it?
If you have any constructive criticism to offer, I would be more than happy to hear it :)

Escapade.
AdventureSam, Rachel, and Grace are rebels. They do not listen to teachers. They do not follow school rules. They do exactly as they want to. And they are enjoying their life, unlike their peers who are "good". But who really defines 'good' and 'bad' anyway...
