The next day, I woke up and put on some sweatpants and a jacket. I ate some cereal and walked to school. But when I passed by, everyone was starring and pointing at me for some reason. They were probably thinking, "Hey! Look! There's the loser who got a concussion!" I walked into the hallway where everyone was watching something on their devices. Then, when I came in, everyone was cheering and clapping! I had no idea what was going on! "What's happening?" I asked my best friend Emily.
"You're famous!"she said happily, "Somebody got you saving that kid from a car crash on video! And it's already gone viral on Youtube! Look!" I looked at Emily's phone and surely, there was a video of me saving the little boy on the news!
"Wow Em! This is awesome!" I said. I was thinking about telling Emily about what happened to me that day but then I realized, "What if she wouldn't want to be my friend anymore?" I wouldn't blame her. Who would want to be friends with a crazy, possibly insane freak like me? Besides, I know sometimes, even your closest friends can't be trusted.
