Amsterdam sure is something if it managed to be in Ed Sheeran's song, but some people say its just a major Dutch port city in north Holland, smart ass.
But if we do want to think its much more than that then it is. If we do think that its beautiful then it is. I hate those kinds of people when, they suddenly change their oppinion because the 'cool kids' doesn't like it or like it.
Don't they know the meaning of unique? Individual? And besides, it actually works when you think its important then it is. So, I hate those feeling people like they're some kind of relationship guru and give stupid advices. Like, 'Oh my gosh girl! Those are the signs that he wants to break up with you!', Yeah no.
People can think what they want to think and people can say what they want to say but you have your own thought in the situation. Like what R. Kelly said that you should really learn to trust your man, ask him yourself if you want to.
But some people do lie in these circumstances just so they could still be with you, thats why you shoudn't give your virginity that early or they'll just stay with you for that.
"What do you mean?" Astrid says through the phone. "Why can't we perform there?" she now shouts on the phone. Damn Astrid, that person is probably deaf now. "Fuck you!" Astrid might be mean but she rarely cusses. So she must be really angry.
"Destination change. We're gonna move to Detroit, yeah its not major but its the only arena near open" she said. Wow, she's fast. But how could that be? Amsterdam is far from Detroit right? Yeah, I'm bad at geography. The jet plane starts and I close my eyes again.
Well not everything will always go to the way you plan it. Like that first friendly date Trevor took me to, it sure was filled with unplanned things but I woudn't change a thing about it. And who knows? Maybe Detroit will be better. But to pass the time, I strumed my guitar and sang.
"I drew a broken heart.. Right on your window pane.. Waiting for your reply.. Here in the pouring rain.. Just breathe against the glass.."

"Do you want to go on a date?" Trevor asks as if it was the most casual thing ever. But hell! I was bored. As usual, here we are now in his room since mom is going out and she doesn't want 'two irresponsible' teenagers in her house alone. I would bicker with her but I also want to go to his room, if mom could read my thoughts she would say 'Excuses, excuses'
"Sure. When?" I ask as I play with my phone, we weren't doing anything anyway and he is not a good host, probably why he never throws parties. "Now, just wear what your wearing now. I have everything planned" he said as he pushes himself off the bed "What? How did you do that? You just asked like seconds ago" I said.
"Yeah but I was too lazy to ask you before and now that I'm almost dying of boredom I'm asking you" he said. Great excuse. But I followed him outside anyway. So, I bugged him into telling me where we we're going but he woudn't tell me cause, his words not mine, the element of surprise would be gone' insert jazz hands there too.
But what caught me off guard was that he parked on a 'Not to open until next week' sign and he slapped the steering wheel cursing loudly. Ouch, that woud've hurt but he didn't seem affected. He was too 'disappointed' or 'mad' to.
"B-but the internet said it was opening today" he whines like a little child. "Did you check the branch?" I asked. The restaurant he pulled up to was the fanciest I've ever seen in this Island. He pouted and shook his head. Its good his cute or he's just plain stupid.
"Alright. Lets go to somwhere else then, I went pass this one, one time and I guess it looks decent. And besides, I think your not comfortable with chopsticks" I said, Yeah, the restaurant he pulled into was 'chinese', the cheapest restaurant you could find. Not that it tastes bad or anything people just don't appreciate much anymore. He looks thoughtful again like he didn't think it through.
So we ended up in a pizza place and that was good cause my stomach was looking for pizza and he was comfortable eating finger foods, he tried to copy me and use a knife but he failed to do so and it flew to his face. And that is a good start of the day, nothing is much better than a flying pizza to the face. Then, another surprise occured and it was totally surprising.
He was planning on going to the carnival that was open this week but their tiger got out and everyone was rushing out before we could even go in and he was bummed. Now, here we are in his car waiting for traffic to clear through while I searched through my phone to make him feel better. And I saw it, sure it will fill his day with colorful loud surprises.
"Turn the car" I said. He raised an eyebrow and was about to argue but I cut him off "No, no, don't speak. Just turn the car" I said. He sighs and desperately tries to turn the car and we ended up with bleeding ears from all the 'honks' we got.
He parks the car in the middle of the park and I drag him towards the slide house. It was a tall slide and it had like a tiny cottage that you could sit on but we didn't sit on the chairs. We sat on the flat roof for a greater view.
"You know, I was supposed to be the one to surprise you" he sadly mutters beside me. I side hugged him and kissed his cheek. "Its fine. You made it better at the sight of your sauce filled face" I joke. "Yeah, I guess it was delicious" Great, he's always the go with the flow guy. "What are we doing here anyway?" He asks.
I glance at my watch and theres only 10 seconds left. I grin and mentallycount as Trevor looks at me with curiousity. Then the fireworks show blew and colors filled the sky as the loud cheers erupted. "Surprise! Surprise!" I said using the same enthusiasm as before.
He smiles at me and wraps his arm around my shoulder "This is way better than what I planned" and it truely is.

Lesson learned, Not everything might go to plan but something will always happen. Much better than you planned it to be.
