*Few Days later*
I stared at the ceiling, everyone was out doing things except for me.
I couldn't go out to Subway without someone staring at me, wondering if they have seen me on TV before.
"ALIANNA," I heard Jamilyn call my name
I quickly ran downstairs, she was staring at the television. "What's wrong," I asked
She pointed at the TV
"Adam Ortega, charged with attempted murder, rape, and kidnapping of local resident Alianna Path, pleaded guilty to rape and attempted murder. He will spend 15 years in prison with a chance of parole"
I sat down, my heart began to beat rapidly. "Alianna are you ok," Jamilyn asked
"I'm happy, I don't have to go through a trial," I said
