CHAPTER 3

So it's finally Saturday and me Ashley and Ethan are going to Nashville to see a concert thankfully we only live about 20 minutes away!

My mom said we could go. Also if your wondering why I never speak of my dad it's because one day at work (he was a policeman) he was on a drug bust and he was shot I cried my eyes out but I was only seven years old so I didn't know what happened exactly BC my mom didn't want me knowing about drugs at that young of an age.

Anyway that is beside the point so we are gonna go see Miranda Lambert perform her new album live!!!! I was super stoked!

i mean she has some really good songs! buuut Taylor swift is opening up for her which is another benefit. i love taylor swift.

Ashley's p.o.v

so i'm really excited because me and Katy and lil bro i call him that since I've known him since he was born.

anyway we are going to a concert and i'm super excited to see Miranda Lambert!

so Ethan wanted to invite his friend Marcus but we said it's brother sister time btw he calls me his older sister as well. we have a good relation ship going as bro and sis.

so as we arrived at the concert Ethan started screaming Miranda and we're just like dude she isn't here yet. and he said no look. it was Miranda Lambert!

obviously we asked to take pictures since we don't have v.i.p passes and she said yes! so we asked if her and Taylor have met before and she told us that Taylor was sick and couldn't make it we were upset. but then i said hey Katelyn is the best singer in Tennessee aside from you obviously.

Katy's p.o.v

when i heard Ashley offer me i was so nervous but then Miranda asked to hear my voice.

so I sang.

"somebody's gotta wear a pretty skirt somebody's gotta be the one to flirt somebody's gotta hold his hand so God made girls"
