Johnny's p.o.v

i was furious some dumb idiot little boy just beat up my sister oh i was so ready to kick his face in and she just kept begging me to be calm, clearly she has never dealt with an angry man before so i grabbed my keys and headed to my car when i hear Will run behind me

"hey hey hey i'm talking to you" what? "you heard what she asked she doesn't want you beating him up"

don't tell me what's best for my little sis okay. "okay but if you really love her you will stop"

now your questioning the fact that i love her? i shoved him to the ground and bolted to my car and locked the doors so he couldn't get in.

"hey hey your making a mistake just stop now" i just drove off! i was planning how i would rip his bones from his body when i saw his face.

*phone rings i wouldn't have answered it but it was Katy. when i answered it she could barely talk i was in tears at that moment.

"hey" what Katy i said angrily "please stop *she's balling* just please come home and hold me like a big brother who cares"

Look i'm beating this guys butt because i care if you don't think i care then i may as well go back to college!!!

"no that's not what i'm saying just please please come home i couldn't hear the rest through her tears and busted lip"

i pull into his driveway (i know where he lives) and i call the cops saying that he is home and that i will take care of it.

technically as long as i don't kill him it is all legal because he's an adult.

i slam my fist on the door over and over until he opens the door with a girl there yelling at him she looked like his mom.

i grab his shirt and punch im in the gut four times and when i go to hit his face i remembered what Kate asked me and i lowered my fist and let the cops take him into custody and drive home crying beating myself up over the fact that i had been the worlds worst brother.

*skip car ride home*

i pull in the driveway and all of the cops and emt's are gone and i'm worried that Katy isn't here and then i walk in Ann's she is crying
on the couch and i immediately run over to her and wrap my arm's around her.

"hey i'm so sorry for not being here" "Johnny it's fine you were just trying to protect me" she wrapped her arms tight as she made me a spot on the couch.

" i couldn't do it" i said "do what?" "i couldn't punch him in his face or kill him thanks to you" "i'm sorry i didn't do it for you Kate to show you i DO care"

"thankyou" "thankyou?" "yes thanks for not killing him that's what a good brother would do to show his sis he cares."

she fell asleep quickly i looked at her and examined how much pain she was in, how could he have done this to her?

how could someone hurt such an angel? she looked so peaceful while sleeping yet every waking minute she was in pain.

i started to feel tears run down my face as i examined her injuries and i could not hold them back they were just flowing.

i started to cry harder when i heard Ethan walk down stairs.

hey buddy i said sniffling and wiping away my tears. hey! how's she doing? she's asleep. oh well then can we talk?

yes yes of course we can talk what's on your mind? well i just wanted to say that i didn't mean for her to get beat up.

what n-n-no it isn't your fault believe me when i say the only person at fault is Jacob and their gang.

i know and i just hope she knows i love her too! i saw her smile as if she were awake and my eyes widened, she is the bravest girl i know,
how is she happy when all of this is going on? because she is brave and has the biggest heart anyone has ever seen.

next day......

Kate's p.o.v

i wake up and my lip is a little bit smaller than it recently was and it is slightly easier to talk but the rest of my body was in awful pain.

Goodmorning sunshine i hear a deep manly voice say. oh hey Johnny (he was asleep on the other couch) what are you doing awake?

i wanted to wake up early to make you breakfast. really? why thankyou!

i tried to eat as much as i could because he was trying to help but in all honesty i was in dire pain and i couldn't really eat.

skip to the afternoon.......

*phone dings

it's Blake he asked why i am not in math today.

well um it's sorta a long story but i'm sure Ashley will tell you let me ask her to.

i called Ashley

hey ashley could you tell Blake why i'm not at school i don't feel like typing that much.

You know i would but i'm not going to school so i can help with you and also i am in your bed.

really? well nevermind then.

hey Blake um she isn't at school but if you call me during lunch i will tell you.

okay great!

Blake is my best guy friend and we grew up together but i can't type that much.

so Will just pulled up Ashley said as she walked down the stairs.
