Chapter 5 Getting to know each other

Alexis's POV

After I met Takodas mother who was extremely nice to me, Takoda had taken me around the pack house to their actual house and it was about 2 times the size of the pack house. My mouth dropped shocked about the sight of the house. I hear a chuckle beside me "close your mouth before you catch flies" I heard Takoda say while laughing still, I gave a little growl and Takoda put his hands up in the air to signal he surrenders and stopped laughing at me. We go inside and we go up to Takodas room. I step in his room and love the sight, I see a king size memory foam bed, a black long, but tall dresser, a 50" flatscreen t.v. mounted on the wall over the dresser. I look around and notice two doors, Takoda notices my confusion about the two doors in his room "that door on the left goes to our bathroom and the door on the right is our walk in closet" Takoda says softly, my wolf starts to purr when I kept thinking about the word "our" bathroom and "our" closet and while my wolf was purring I couldn't help but smile and blush too. "Sit down and relax" Takoda said to me " is it actually okay if I go take a shower?" I asked him quietly "of course you can you don't have to ask me kitten" and after he said that I walked slowly and quietly into the bathroom to turn the water on. Once the water was warm I took off my dirty clothes and got in the shower. I stood under the water for the first few minutes and let the water run down my body to find some type of relaxation. After I was done showering and found a towel I walked out of the bathroom and saw a figure laying on the bed I shrieked at first, but then realized it was just my mate staring at me. I stepped back into the bathroom and peeked around the corner towards my mate "Don't hide from me" Takoda said getting mad that I ran back into the bathroom. I got dressed after Takoda got a female pack member to bring me clothes, after getting dressed I walked out and sat on the bed. "I want to take you out so be ready in 20 minutes" Takoda said with a huge smile on his face. With that I got my shoes on and went downstairs to see where we were going, after what seemed like we had been walking for 10 minutes Takoda said "you can look" I looked up and there was a beautiful table with a lit candle sitting on the side of the table and two place settings. We walked over to the table and Takoda pulled out my chair for me and went over to his side and sat down. We stared at each other for about 2 minutes and then Takoda grabbed our food that was on a cart next to the table. He turned to me and smiling saying "lets play 20 questions to get to know each other kitten" I smiled at him while blushing and nodded.
