The halls of the school were starting to be more and more familiar as Autumn walked towards the cafeteria to grab lunch. She's been on her own since the first subject, and will remain like that in their second and third. The little rebel named Zoeey skipped school with her boyfriend. She said they were going to have lunch with Brad's family then go on hiking. Autumn didn't 100 percent believed it though, and if they're not really going on a hike and just going to have an unannounced holiday and have sex, it doesn't matter.

She herself lost her innocence at sixteen, to a girl who only wanted Autumn's skin under hers. They weren't exclusive and lasted only few months. It didn't hurt Autumn when they separated though. Oddly, she never felt something real towards the girl. It was all curiosity and getting caught up in the heat of the moment. But she can say they were friendly. . .and sweet. She still considers her as a good friend up to date.

Autumn finally turned left to the school grounds to where there were options in whichever you can have lunch, such as cafés, outdoor bistros and cafeterias. Since it's actually lunch time, the quadrangle is a little crowded. There were few customers lined up to get their meals. Not being a picky eater, Autumn just chose the place that has the shortest line then made her order. Once she's seated and just waiting for her food, she saw a group of guys staring. She felt a little uncomfortable when they started to go near and approached her.

All she did was look at them, waiting for what they were going to say. The guy in the middle wearing varsity jacket held his hand out, smirking. "I'm Jaycee."

Reluctantly, Autumn still shook his hand and made a mousy smile. "Autumn."

"We were wondering if you want to go the party with us." The dude promoted.

"Uh. . ."

"Hey, you can bring people if you want. We're not harmful." He giggled.

Sure you're not. Autumn thought to herself. Well, he's a decent looking guy but she doesn't feel like actually going to a party with them. "I don't know-"

"C'mon, it will be fun. We're the guys that can actually protect you while partying." He boasted.

"Protect me?"

"Yeah, there are some rape and murder cases going around. It's dangerous for a pretty girl like you. You attract men's attention." He scrunched his nose, trying to look cute. From his point of view, he felt like someone was staring at him. He randomly averted his eyes beyond Autumn and there he saw Eight, giving him a death glare. Then, it's like there's a sudden change of atmosphere within the proximity. He subtly swallowed.

"Well. . . It's not like I intend to get attentions." Autumn said meekly but Jaycee barely understood, he was more attentive to Eight's pinning glare now.

He hastily asked and looked at Autumn again, "Is there something going on between you and Eight?"
