On a serious note though.
To the people that are in a relationship with a depressed person, your depressed partner is a like a haunted house that people only visit one day out of the year. So far, nobody has wanted to move in to that haunted house until you came along.
Your love will not make your partners' depression vanish into thin air. Your love will, however, turn on the lights and scrape the blood from the floorboards.
You are the one bursting through the front door screaming out to the ghosts that if they won't get the hell out then they better make room because you're here to stay.
Do not get mad at your partner for being depressed. Please. Just love them through it all.
