I'M JUST A VAMPIRE

Chapter 3- Football

Tom and I were walking to the class we weren't that far away. The sports teacher is so nice even though he can be mean sometimes but I don't blame him. We got to the door of the class room. Tom entered the room first I went second. I took one look at the teacher we had a substitute. Chris ran up to us all happy, Tom was excited too. They took one look at my face and laughed. It was their football coach, everyone called him Coach.
"I'm gonna get screamed at" I said quietly
"No your not" Tom said trying not to laugh
Tom and Chris were Coaches favorite players. When he made Chris captain of the football team, he decided to make Tom vise Captain because they were the best on the team and of course Coaches favorite players.
"Tom,Chris huddle up, oh and you, the brunet one" Coach said
I looked around and then realized I'm the brunet one I ran up to Coach and the boys.
"Her names Lily Coach" Chris said
Coach looked me up and down and just smiled while walking off.
"Ok troops lets play some football" Coach said
"Cheer up lil your good at football" Tom said
"Sure, sure Tom remember what happened last time" I said with a shaky voice
He just laughed at me and pulled me to the oval. Last time I played football Chris tripped me over and I fell into dog crap, It was disgusting.
"Get into groups of three" Coach said
Of course I'm gonna be with the best football players
"Ok this team" Coach said pointing and my team
"This is the best team" Coach said with a big grin
Chris started laughing, I hit him so hard that he screamed
"Well she's feisty today" Tom said
Coach said were the best team so we got put with a team he thought was bad, and the other group he thought was good got put with a bad team so that made six on a team. We started to play football the boys weren't passing to me at the start I had to get the ball off the other team. When I started to get us goals they started to pass me the ball, I could see Coach watching me play out the corner of my eye.

I was standing right next to Chris that is before he ran like 20 inches away from me, Chris called out to me, and before I knew it i looked down at my feet to see the ball, I grabbed the ball and started running and when I looked up I was right at the goals, I kicked the ball and got my team another goal.
"Lily, come here" Coach yelled
I started to walk over to Coach I was worrying, I looked at the Chris and Tom they where standing next to each other, they where talking about something and when they noticed I was looking they looked up and stopped talking, I pulled a face at them and they just gave me a thumbs up. I made my way to Coach, I had my head down, I looked up and he was smiling at me I smiled back.
"Yes Coach" I said still smiling
"See me after class with the boys" Coach said
"Ok" I said
I wonder why he wants to see me after class with the boys. I ran over to the boys and told them what Coach said, they had a look on their faces.
*Ding ding ding*
The bell had gone, us three made our way to the class room to see Coach sitting waiting for us.
