Chapter 8- Angry

I got up out of my bed and walked over to my door. I reaches out and turned the handle and opened my door a little bit. I hardly could see anything so I decided to walk out to the kitchen to get a better look, there was nothing know one was up. I walked over to my parents room to see if there in bed asleep, I opened the door just so I could get a little look and they were not there.

The noise must of been them leaving the house. I wasn't surprised they did this basically every night. I went back to bed but I couldn't get to sleep, I got up and went to the kitchen and made some hot chocolate and put the tv on. There wasn't much on part from this tv show (supernatural) I have already watched all the episodes.
"I guess it won't hurt to watch this episode again" I said out loud seeing know one was home

20 minutes into the episode I could hear my parents talking outside. I wasn't sure what I should do, go back to my room and act like nothing happened or stay out here and catch them. Time was running out I choose to stay out here and continue watching this episode. The door opened and my parents came in, they noticed me because I heard them whispering. I turned around to face them well just one of them my dad ran off to there bed room.
"Lily what are you doing up so late" mum said smiling
"I woke up from a noise" I said trying not to flip out
"Oh, ok darling the noise is gone now why don't you go back to sleep you have a big day tomorrow" mum said still smiling
"Yeah I know the noise is gone, and ok" I said smiling and going to stand up
"Mum can I ask you a question" I said look at her right in her eyes
"Yes dealing, what is it" she said trying not to look away
"Why do you and dad leave every night when I go to bed" I said
"We don't dear" she said still trying not to look away
I started to get angry now, don't they trust me?? Did I do something??
"Mum don't lie to me, I wake up every time you and dad leave. I am awake when you come home, I have seen you guys when you have come home you have blood on you"I said
Mum turned her head away from me looking into her bed room where my dad was
"Darling this is not the time" she said still looking towards my dad
"Mum you know what, fine don't tell me, I don't wanna know anyways" I said walking to my room and slamming the door.

I turned around and looked my door behind me, I walked over to my charger, took my phone off charge and jumped onto my bed. My phone only had 25% charge my phone has never changed fast. I unlocked my phone for the first time I had no messages or phone calls. Opened up my messages and opened up the chat with Tom.

Me: hey you up??
Tom: yeah of course.
Me: okay, I forgot u don't go to bed till 2am
Tom: haha, what are u still doing up? its way past your bed time.
Me: I'll tell u tomorrow at school
Tom: oh okay cool
Me: well I should get to bed now, cause knowing me I won't get up in the morning.
Tom: yeah I know, I was about to say.
Me: haha goodnight Tom.
Tom: night Lily.
