Chapter 6-Texting

I hugged my dad and ran do my room. I closed the door and jumped on my bed, my phone flew up in the air and I court it, I always love doing that. I looked at my phone to see I have 10 missed class and 26 missed messages from a number I didn't know. I unlocked my phone and opened up messages to see it was just hi over and over again.
Me- Hi :)
He messaged me back 2 minutes after I said "hi"
Number- Hi how come you didn't message be back straight away? that's like your thing
By know I knew who it was it was Chris, and he was right I always messages someone back right away
Me- I was telling my dad about the football thing and how did you get my number Chris?
Chris- Oh how did it go? And I may or may not got into Tom's phone
I laughed for a while cause that's just something Chris would do.
Me- He said no at the start but I got through to him and he's letting me do it
Chris- Yay, look Lily I have to tell you something
Oh no, could it be true, he does have a thing for me, is he about to ask me out.
Me- Yes what is it?
Chris- Lily I may kinda like you...
Damnit, if he asks me out, I'm gonna have to let him down easy
Me- ...
I went blank I didn't know what to say
Chris- I knew you wouldn't say something back
Me- what am I mean't to say??
Chris- I don't know... Maybe
He was typing another message and I cut him off saying
Me- Chris I don't like you in that way, I only like you as a friend I'm sorry
Chris- That's ok I knew it was a long shot and I don't think it would of worked out anyways cause the thing that's going on with you know
Me- I know what?
Chris- Tom
Me- What about Tom?
Chris- He's over protective over you
That was true. Tom one time saw a boy looking at me in the hallway and Tom ran up to him and punched him in the face. He got suspended for two days.
Me- Yeah good point, but I really am sorry
Chris- Your fine that's just one thing I had to get off my chest
Me- What's the other thing?
Chris- Telling Tom
Oh well he's going to have fun.
Me- Well good luck with that, you going to tell him over text or in person.
Chris- Haha over text, I don't wanna die
Me- You know you still have to go to school with him
Chris- Oh yeah
Me- I know how about us three get together on the weekend and you can tell him there and he shouldn't hurt you cause I'll be there
Chris- Ok sounds like a date
Chris- No, no I mean like a great plan not a date cause where not going on a date...
Me- Chris I know what you mean it's ok
Chris- ok see you then
I got out of the chat with Chris and clicked on the chat with Tom
Me- Hey Tom
Tom always is on his phone so he will message anyone back straight away normally like me.
Tom- Hey Lily, what's up?
Me- I was wondering if you would like to catch up with me and Chris on the weekend?
Tom- I sure would love too
Me- Ok see you there
Tom- Did you tell your parents about the football thing?
Me- Yeah I did my mum was ok with it, but my dad wasn't at the start but I ended up convincing him to let me do it
Tom- Ok that's good
I thought he might of asked me, how I already knew Chris was coming and how I asked Chris.
Tom- Ok I got to go talk later
Me- Ok yep, bye
Tom- Bye

Ok now I have to ask my parents again if I can go out with the boys, they should say yes they love the boys.
