Jealous

Y/n POV
"Di cover me I'm going in" I say while trying not to get shot in this video game

"That's what she said " chuckling I managed to dodge the bullets coming my way

"Nice job Iron Man" Dinah says "now go get the flag so we can beat this level"

Focusing on getting the flag without getting shot was rough but I managed. Pressing X to duck when needed. Finally I capture the flag and level complete flashed the screen with big red letters. I shoot up from my seat finally finishing the level.

"You did it" Dinah jumps into my arms

" yasss finally"

"Let's play another round"Dinah suggested and I agreed jumping back on the couch

Lauren POV

Dinah and y/n have been glued in front of that damn tv for hours. Dinah needs to back off because I see the ways she looks at y/n and she is so touchy. I know I am over reacting and they are just friends but they are way to close.

"Lauren can you get me and Dinah some water " I hear Y/n say while her eyes are glued to the screen in front of her. She was almost like a zombie. I reluctantly got the waters and walked over to the couch where they were seated.

"Here" I say annoyed handing them there drinks but it was like they didn't even notice my mood

"Thanks" they say in unison without looking away from the hypnotizing screen

After a while they stop playing the game. After 3 hours they decided it was time to move around

"Me and Dinah are going to the arcade" y/n informs me but this information pissed me off

"Have fun with your new girlfriend" she looks at me with confused eyes

"But you are my girlfriend " she states

"Not anymore you and Dinah can go have fun together" I yell and run upstairs to my room. Once there I rest my head on my pillows and adjust to being alone again.

Alone again. Silence is all I hear. No laughter or video game music. Just silence. I hear the door opening and I honestly wish I could lock the door with my mind. I feel the bed shift and hot tears soak my pillow.

"What did I do wrong" she says sounding innocent

" I'm always alone when I'm with you and I hate this feeling. You are always hanging out with Dinah and giving her all your attention. What about me ?" My voice sounded weak and fragile

"I'm sorry Dinah is bestfriend and I love her but I will always love you as a lover and not just a friend" she says rubbing my back

"I love you" I say in a calm state

" I love you too" I can feel my eyes getting heavy and my body become stiff. I soon feel y/n spooning me and I drift off to sleep being held by my lover.
