Nae's PoV

What the fuck is taking him so long? I asked myself. "Hm? Did you say something, Nae?" Kris asked. "No, I was just talking to myself." I replied. "Okay. So what do you think is going on in there?" She asked. "I have no idea hopefully Dilly is done soon so we can leave." I say. "Well why don't you knock and see what's taking him so long?" Kris asked. "I would rather not because I wouldn't want anyone else doing it to me." I say checking the time on my phone. "That is true." She says. Just before I was able to reply Dilly walked out his room, turning off his light.

"So you ready to head out, Nae?" He asked. "Yeah, I'm ready punk. Are you ready?" I questioned. "Yes I am I just need some coffee and I'll be good." He says yawning. "Okay. Let's go, then." I said. "Right behind you, Bye Kris." He says. "See y'all later." Kris replies as we walk out the door. Dilly shuts the door. "You're not going to lock it?" I asked. "Not really, Kris and Nate, are here." He says. "Yeah, you left your keys just in case they want to go out and do something?" I questioned. "Yes, I did; I also left them the spare key on my keychain to the house if they want to lock the door. Which knowing Kris, she's going to lock the door. And didn't Mrs. Gray say this was the biggest competition ever this year?" He replied. Oh, okay; yes she did say that.. Why?" I asked.

Dilly's PoV

"Why?" Nae asked. I got in the car with her. "Because you know how I get with news crews. I don't really like them." I replied. "Well, hopefully, Mrs. Gray was wrong, Dilly. There are probably not even gonna news crews there." She says pulling off my street. "We're going to make it there before Mrs. Gray will, don't worry Dilly." Nae says. "It's not that I'm worried about. It's Nate. He was acting weird. But I think I fixed what was wrong with him. Hopefully." I say to her. "What do you mean?" She asked. "It's a long story." I said. "Okay, I understand" She says.

We pull into the school's parking lot. There was only one person here. But it wasn't Mrs. Gray. Thank god it wasn't. It just wasn't who I wanted to see either. Danny. "Why is he here?" Nae asked. "I don't know. And I don't want to know either." I replied. We got out the car. First thing that happens when we got out the car was Danny started walking over here. Nae stands next to me; knowing I might whoop his ass for what he did. He stops right in front of me and Nae. "What you want?" I asked.

"Can we talk in private?" He asked. "No, whatever you need to talk about; you can talk about it with both of us here." I said confidently. "You left me on read babe. You didn't even try to let me explain what had happened last night." He says getting mad. Nae notices that I started tensing up. "Well I didn't you to explain, Danny, you gave me a clear explanation of what you wanted to happen last night. I promise I won't hurt you like Jay did. I'm not like him, Dilly. Is what you told me. Was it all just a lie?" I say breaking into tears.

"Okay, fine, I was cheating on you. I did it because you were hurt. I wanted you to stop being so sad." He says. At this point I didn't care what I said. "So when you took me to school that day when Jase was walking did you plan that? Did you plan with him to hurt me. To fucking stab me at that. So when you were telling yourself it was all your fault; it was because it really was your fault. I can't believe I fucking liked you! Was Edward in on it too?" I yelled at him. "No, Edward was not in on it. It was just me and Jase." He replies. I was way past my boiling point I was so pissed I didn't know what I had done; til I saw there was blood on my hands. I dropped Danny onto his ass.

He had a broken nose, black eye, and a busted lip. God, I can't fucking believe this has happened again. Ughhh I'm done. Only people I'm gonna worry about is family and the few friends I have. I thought to myself. I was pulled out of my thoughts; Nae was yelling at me. "What the fuck was that, Dilly?" She asked "What was what?" I questioned her as I cleaned off the blood with my water bottle.
