Society tells us it's okay to be all shapes and sizes. But that girl over there that is tall and skinny, yea she gets called "anorexic" "stick" "twig"

And that one girl that's in your math class that is short and has a little more meat on her bones gets called "fat" "unhealthy" "a pig".

Society also says that you can wear whatever you want. If I wear shorts that go up to my thigh I get called a "slut" "whore" or that I'm "asking for it."

But that girl walking down the street wearing a dress that goes up to her knees gets called "prude" "ignorant" "a tease".

Society also says we can love who we want to love no matter what gender. But those two boys that got married, everyone still thinks it's a "phase" or that they'll divorce becuase they realize they both like women.

And those two women
that got married that were both bi are now getting called "lesbians" because they married the same gender. They tried to correct the people but all those people did was chuckle and walk away like it was some type of joke.

Lastly, society says that homophobes are just going by their beliefs. But all those homophobes only support same sex relationships when they watch lesbian porn to fulfill their own personal needs.

I used to think society was getting to be more accepting, but I guess I was wrong about all of that.
