Chapter 11

A call from my mom woke me up, she is apologizing because they weren't able to spend time with me during their stay. Well I don't have any choice but to accept that even though I'm extremely disappointed with them, but I know it can't be helped.

I made rice and sausage for breakfast because I wasn't able to eat properly last night. On my way to wake Mark up, I saw him went out from his room.

Acting like I am not affected by what happened last night I called him for breakfast. The two of us acted normal with each other. I don't want to ask about him and Yura unnie because I might just dig my own grave.

Somewhat I felt puzzled when I informed Mark that Jackson is coming, I definitely saw a frown creased his forehead.

After breakfast, we fled into our own rooms and did our own things.

*Mark's POV*

Jackson is coming today? They are already together last night why would they need to meet again today? As for the practice they can do that at school.

Last night, when I arrived at home, I was surprised that Jin is still not there. As a matter of fact, I went home right after I drove Yura home being worried about the way Jin acted when I was leaving with Yura because it's so not like her.

I waited for her to arrive to apologize on how I acted towards her, its just that I wanted to help Yura and that is the only time her parents would have a time. After waiting for a few hours I started to worry again like the last time she went home late. By the time that I am tapping my phone to call her, thru my bedroom window I saw Jackson's car parked in front of my house. Quietly I hid behind the curtains waiting for her to enter the house when she suddenly stopped and check her phone smiling genuinely she raised an ok sign to Jackson before she entered the house.

The only thought that keeps on circling my mind is what's going on with them. The way she smile is not like the usual smile it's like she has feelings for him. Arrrgghh whatever.

I didn't notice that I am frowning in front of Jin, just regaining my consciousness when she looked at me questionably.

Trying to hide my worries, I finished my food and escaped in to my room just to come back down again dragging Jin with me to watch some movies I bought. I'm not gonna hide I'll just spend more time with her to ease the tension between us.

Repeatedly poking her cheeks to gain her attention, "hey is Jackson really coming over to practice?"

She turned to look at me questionably for the second time today.

"yeah. Why are you asking that Mark? He always visit regularly and he's coming cause we need to practice on our script" Jin explained pausing the movie as she stared at me dumbfounded.

Shifting in my seat, she's right he is always here to hang out. Why am I so anxious of him coming to practice?

"nothing. It's quite shocking that Jackson is making an effort for a project which is rare." I replied hiding my anxiousness

"come to think of it, you are right. However, it is a stage play and Jackson has always been interested in acting maybe that is why." she answered reasonably.

I nodded in understanding. I snatched the remote from her hand to resume watching the movie. I didn't know but when I placed the remote control on the coffee table, I instinctively reached for her hand as I held onto it while trying to put my attention to the movie.

She stiffened by my sudden action then gradually relaxes.

After watching the movie she proceeded to the kitchen to make lunch. While I was lounging on the bar stool. It fascinates me to watch her cook, partially because she looks cute and the other would be because she doesn't use measurements for the ingredients she just estimate it using her instinct.
