Chapter 15: I need to go back home

Jackson's POV

Screams.

As soon as I heard them I immediately knew it was Hope. I ran as fast as I could and heard screams once again. I was outside an old building next to the cemetery. Of course they were here they were witches after all they most likely had a cloaking spell.

I ran inside to be found with an empty building I searched every room until I finally reached one where Hope was passed out on a bed. She had bruises on her neck and burn marks on her temples. I didn't even think twice I grabbed her and carried her out of there.

Once I arrived  back at the Mikaelson's home all hell broke loose.

Klaus immediately took Hope from my arms and took her upstairs with all of us following behind.

"What the hell happend to her." Klaus asked while examining her bruises and burns.

"I'm not sure, I heard her screams and I just ran until I was in an old building next to the cemetery."

"What about the witches?" Elijah asked.

"No one was there I'm sure that they had a cloaking spell but I saw her in a room and immediately brought her here."

"I need to give her blood as soon as she wakes up." Klaus said.

"Brother we've talked about this, what if something bad happens and she gets turned." Elijah spoke.

"What I don't understand is how she has vampire blood and werewolf blood and still she can't heal." Rebekah said.

"She's a human witch she has vampire blood but it's no use it's like just there until she dies and transitions into a vampire. The werewolf blood won't help until she triggers the curse, it's a lot of processing." Elijah explained to all of us.

"Yeah I understand she can't be a witch and vampire." Rebekah exhaled  loudly and left the room with Freya and Nathaniel.

"Where's Hayley?" I asked.

"Her room getting rest." Elijah responded. I was walking out of the room but got stopped by Elijah.

"Jackson thank you for what you've done we owe you."

I didn't say anything I just nodded my head and left them alone with Hope.

Hope POV

Shock.
Shock.
Shock.

I cried for help but I was left alone tied to the bed getting electrified.

Shock.
Shock.
Shock.

"Help me!" I screamed but it was no use.

Hope.
Hope.
I heard my name being called but I didn't see anyone.

I woke up and gasped for air and grabbed on to whoever was next to me terrified.

"Hey Hope look at me."

I still couldn't see clearly who was speaking to me I was just panicking looking everywhere, but everything was a blur.

"Hey Blondie look at me."

I looked up and I was surprised to see him here. I looked around and saw I was back home and safe.

"Damon?" I confusingly asked.

"Stay here I'm going to go get Klaus." He said but I immediately felt scared and grabbed on to his arm.

"Don't leave please, I don't want them coming back." I pleaded.

"Yeah yeah of course." He said grabbing me and holding me in his arms.

"HOPE!" I heard a worried voice. Then the doors flew open, Klaus. He wasn't alone he was with Jake and Hayley. Jake let out a breath but I saw how he stood straight and tensed up when he saw Damon.

Damon let me go and Hayley rushed to me hugging me and I felt warmth radiating of off her and In an instant I hugged her back not wanting her to let go of me.

"Babygirl how are you feeling?" She asked and looking at my face she moved my head slightly to one side and inspected my neck and temples. She stood up and I could see she was furious "who the hell did this tell me and I will go and rip their heart's out."

"Now love, please your scaring her." Klaus said and came to sit in front of me staring into my eyes.

"How are you feeling Hope?" He asked me.

"Fine." I said I didn't want to worry them.

"Are you compelling her?" Hayley shouted at Klaus.

"What? Are you serious Hayley?" Klaus said.

"You just tired to compell her I saw it, what is wrong with you she's our daughter?"

"I think I know that Hayley! She cant even be compell- you know what please get out!" Klaus had a demanding tone in his voice.

"NOW!" He yelled at her which made me jump.

"She's my daughter as well remember that." Hayley told him and walked out.

"Damon care to explain what you were doing upstairs in my bedroom with my daughter." Klaus asked I felt my blood rush to my face oh no way he was thinking that.

"I-I-I was sleeping Klaus it's not-" I stuttered trying to explain myself.

"Relax Hope, I came here for a deal we had. Then I heard what happend to Hope and I was just checking up on her to see how she was doing." Damon told Klaus.

"Since when did you become interested in Hope?" Jake asked. I forgot he was even there he was at the door but walked in the room once he became part of the conversation going on.

"Not interested but her little brunette friend has been calling Stefan asking for her." He said and nodded towards me.

"I thought you compelled her to forget?" I asked.

"Yup. I lied. We just compelled her to stay quiet about all this madness." Damon said.

"Klaus." I spoke up, I knew what I was about to say was going to make him angry but I didn't care he had to understand now especially under how the circumstances were.

"Hope." He said. Damon and Jake were still in the room listening to what I had to say.

"I can't stay here anymore. I know what your going to say it's dangerous out there but listen I need to go back finish school explain to everyone why I'm leaving. I want to graduate Klaus and your more than welcomed to come with me but mom is still back home." I saw how he tensed up when I said mom so I looked down playing with my fingers. "I have friends and my best friend that have no idea where I'm at, also um..my..umm..boyfriend Is back home I know now is not the time to think about all that but they all deserve an explanation obviously I won't tell them the truth but something that they will believe."

"I'm not safe anywhere let me just do this for myself and I'll do whatever you want after, it's just a few weeks until graduation you don't know how much this means to me."

He didn't say anything, no one said anything.

"Please" I asked looking up at him with tears in my eyes.

He didn't say anything he just nodded then kissed my forehead. He started walking out of the room and patted Damon's and Jake's chest to follow him.

Once again I was left alone in the room without an answer
