I woke up nervous to be going back to school, what would people think? Have they forgotten about me or are they wondering where I've been? Only one way to find out.

I wore some jeans with a purple long sleeve I still had a few bruises from the witches when they captured me, and the last thing I wanted was to bring attention to myself. I put on my white converse and jewellery like I always did. I left my make up simple mascara, lipstick, and a bit of foundation I didn't really use it for school but how I said before I still had bruises.

All set I was ready with my long blonde hair straighten I was looking at myself in the mirror for a while still deciding if I was ready.

"Hey, don't want to be late." Nate stood at my door with a backpack over his shoulder.

"What are you doing Nate?"

"Oh, I forgot to mention I'm going to school with you to look out for you."

"Nate, no, stop seriously I need my space what are people going to think when I walk in with a boy after a month being gone? Collin will murder you without thinking."

"I think I can handle myself pretty well, but I'll stay away for when we get there but sooner or later your going to have to say I'm your brother or something because I'm going to be by your side, now hurry."

Oh great. I grabbed my bag for school and walked downstairs grabbed a water bottle then made my way to the car.

Me and Nate were quiet most of the car ride I was just giving him directions on how to get to school.

We arrived and he got off first leaving me in the car to settle down he needed to go the office anyways for the whole enrollment.

Just breathe. You can do this.

Breathe.

I finally had the courage to get out the car and as how I expected I was surrounded my stares and people greeting me.

I walked to my locker putting some of my books away and grabbing others.

"Jessie!?"

I heard a scream and I immediately knew who it belonged to.

I turned around and before I could even speak I was caught in Andrea's arms.

"Holy crap, your okay oh my god, Jessie!" She was being loud grabbing attention from people and hugging me.

"I was worried since you left wherever you went."

"What do you remember?" I asked her.

"Everything but not what place we were at and I couldn't tell anyone I don't know why I'm sorry I couldn't get help. But your here Jessie! Oh my god Collin is going to freak out of happiness, he has been worried sick!"

"Yeah I bet he was." I said giving her an eye roll.

"Jessie, he was he's going through a rough time right now he made these last night so we could start putting them around town but I see there not even necessary anymore." She let out a little laugh and handed me a stack of papers with a picture of me and in big words 'Missing'.

All the thoughts I had last night rushed to my head. I felt so guilty right now, of course this is something my boyfriend and best friend would do.

I looked up and there were more people in the halls whispering and looking our way, next I heard the voice I was dreadful to hear.

I immediately went to the nearest room and pulled Andrea with me, hiding.

I peeked through the window and saw Collin and his friends trying to squeeze through the people.
