Chapter 25: Memories.

A week had passed, a week ago Klaus told me I would be crowned Princess of New Orleans whatever that meant I was not quite enthusiastic about it. Collin and I grew closer than ever he was more overprotective which sometimes just made me want to punch him and kiss him at the same time. Nate is how I said before the brother I never had we were always together, Jake left back to New Orleans actually everyone did except Damon of course he was looking out for me and to be honest we had been avoiding each other, which is rare considering I'm so used to his snarky comments and him being annoying.

It was the big day graduation day I was bursting with joy, I had been patiently waiting for this day. Feeling proud of what I have accomplished, especially not dying in the process with the amount of work we had to do, unbelievable.

We were at school patiently waiting for the bell to ring, this was our year and the seniors this year were ready to-

Ring!!

I snapped out of my thoughts looking around everyone was jumping around throwing their papers.

"Jessie, omg we did it!" Andrea came running towards me and embraced me into a hug.

"I still can't believe it, finally-"

Cut off again.

"Come on let's meet Alex, Collin and the boys."

As soon as I walked out I regretted it, there was papers flying everywhere it was a complete mess, water balloons were being thrown, people had air horns running around and silly string attacking everyone. Unfortunately I was a victim of the dreadful silly string but I didn't mind one bit.

"Hey girls!" Some of the football players came and approached us.

"So who is going to be crowned Queen of the School for this year." Hunter asked. Since we didn't get to have a prom because the seniors this year were just reckless they decided to name Queen and King the last day of school.

"Obviously the cheerleading captain, is that even a question." I told Hunter.

"Good point." He then brought a girl with a big crown it was a bit exaggerating, but how I've said the seniors were just trying to make a big deal. Hunter then pointed towards me and the girl placed the crown on my head.

Oh no! I was not expecting this, this was soppuse to be Andreas crown not mine.

I was about to take it off but Andrea stopped me. "Babe, a girl has never rejected a crown please don't be the first one." I let out a small laugh at this and looked back to the boys.

I shrugged my shoulders then put my hands on my hips. "Show some respect, all hail the Queen."

The boys just repeated in unison "All hail the Queen."

After that they picked me up I had hands everywhere which was quite uncomfortable but I tried ignoring it and enjoying the moment.

They carried me down the halls and down the stairs until we were outside, how they didn't drop me I was still questioning that myself. I was placed on a table standing there until they started chanting 'where's the king!' Over and over again.

Finally Alex made his way to the bench and got on the table. I was not expecting him either I was mostly expecting Collin since we were dating but I guess that only happens in movies.
