I awoke on Tuesday morning to a knock at my door. I opened my eyes and looked at my phone for the time, it was only 7:30, and I didn't have class today until 6:00pm.
The sunlight was streaming through my east facing window peacefully. I sat up and they knocked again. I was a little leery about opening the door because I was in yoga shorts and a spaghetti strap tank. My hair was in a pony tail, but I knew it was awful, I could feel it.
I walked towards the door my ankle and hip popping, I winced at the sound.
I unlocked the dead bolt and the door knob lock, but before I unlocked the chain I'd open the door a little to see who it was.
I opened the door slowly to see who it was, I learned out the door sleepy eyes but aware.
I saw to green eyes look over towards me, my eyes got wide, "Kendall?"
"Hey, did I wake you up?" He asked raising an eye brow.
"Uh-uhm, n-no, I mean...yes...you did." I stuttered but told the truth.
"I'm sorry, I thought you'd either be up or in class." He said apologetically.
"No it's alright I needed to get up any way." I said unchaining the door, and letting him in.
"Um, I'm sorry for the way I'm dressed." I blushed a little turning around to face him.
He was looking around the dorm, "Oh your fine. You look beautiful." He said turning around and noticing my sleep wear for the first time.
My checks burned, he just called me beautiful. "Thanks," I laughed a little.
"Nice little place you've got." He smiled, "You don't have a roommate?"
"Uh, no, she moved out a couple do months ago, so it's just me." I told him as I sat down on my bed.
"It's nice having it to your self isn't it?" He asked coming towards me.
"Yep, I like it a lot more than when she lived here, she wasn't the nicest person." I admitted as he sat next to me.
"Oh, I know what you mean." He said frowning and sitting next to me.
"So why'd you come Kendall?" I asked curious.
He sighed, "okay well, I'd like to ask you something, Neveah...?
"Go on..." I pushed him, now more curious than ever.
"Alright, I'd like to ask you on a date, a real date." He looked at me and smiled.
"Of corse I'll go Kendall, I've been waiting." I exclaimed as I pulled him into a hug, we both pulled back and looked in each others eyes before our lips meet, moving in sync. His lips tasted to sweet, it was delicious.
I put my head on his shoulder as I took a deep breath and inhaled his scent. I closed my eyes enjoying this moment.
"You have any classes today?" Kendall asked with my head still on his shoulder.
"Yeah, one at 6 tonight. But that's it." I sighed, not happy about having to go in late. "But....on the bright side...I don't have to work today either!"
"Good then, I'd like to take you out for lunch then. Would you like to join me Miss Rosen?" He asked holding his hand out to me, standing up.
"Yes, I'd be honored, Mr. Schmidt." I informed, taking his hand. He pulled me off the my bed and pulled me close.
"Better go get ready then, you have a half hour." Kendall smirked down at me.
"Kendall, that's not enough time! I have to take a shower, do my hair, make up, and pick out clothes." I whined.
"You look beautiful already, all you have to do is change." He told me looking me in the eyes, he put his warm hands on my waist, and my heart started beating a thousand times per minute.
"45 minutes," I pouted placing my hands around his neck.
"Hmmm..." Kendall mumbled thinking.
"Please?" I stretched up to meet my lips with his. He kissed back but I pulled away to beg some more.
"Did that change your mind?" I asked playfully giggling.
"Maybe, we're getting there..." He was cut off by me learning back up to kiss him again, this time I made sure to make it last longer. The taste if his lips were sweet, it made me want more, but I kept it together.
"What about now?" I pulled back breathless and Kendall leaned his forehead on mine.
"Your very convincing, I must say." He admitted chuckling.
"So I get 45 minutes then?" I asked hopeful looking into his beautiful eyes.
"Uh-huh, now go before I change my mind." He said releasing me. I ran into the bathroom and came back out quickly realizing that I need to take my clothes in there with me so I didn't have to get dressed in front of Kendall. He just laughed at me and went back to whatever he was doing on his phone.
