As I said in my last update/authors note, I am re-writing and editing the first several chapters, so I'd read my note before you read this.

"Babe, you ready?" Kendall called from his room.

I was in his bathroom getting ready for his show tonight. It was just a small one for Heffron Drive but it was my first live show and I was excited.

"Yeah, just a sec," I responded as I sprayed my face with my makeup settling spay and ran a hand through my now darkish brunette hair. I did all out glam makeup tonight, and kept my outfit simple, a tight black dress and strappy nude stilettos.

It may be a small gig but it's a wedding. Who's wedding you ask? I have no clue but there was free food and a cute blonde boy involved and that was enough for me.

I flipped the light off and stepped out.

"Damn," Kendall drug out the word from the doorway.

Flipping my hair I spun around giving him a show. "Too much?"

"Good lord no, I mean you look like you should be walking down the runway but this is good too." He smirked.

Kendall sported a classic black tux, his usual hair but not as messy and a bright smile tonight.

"You look like you should be the groom, you look mighty mesmeric tonight," I pulled him gently by his tie towards me kissing him softly.

"Mm, let's go before you make me want to stay Miss Rosen." He bit his lip and pulled himself away from me to grab his keys off the stand.

"Are we meeting Dustin here or what?" I asked as we walked up to the doors of the reception hall.

"Uh, yeah, last I knew, so lets hope like hell he's on time this time." Kendall muttered as he opened the door for me.

"He have a time issue?" I assumed.

"Lil bit," Kendall rolled his eyes.

As we walked down the little light up isle thingy the Bride and Groom had set up I realized that I knew absolutely no one here.

"Kendall, I know, zero of these people. I'm going to look like such an outsider." I revealed feeling slightly nervous now.

"Neveah, you'll be fine, the only time I'm not going to be with you is when we're singing, which will only be like...two hours..." He finally came to the realization that I was going to be left alone most the night, if not more.

I rolled my eyes hoping he wouldn't see me but he did, "Hey, you're a beautiful, friendly girl, I'm sure you can make at least one friend tonight." He insisted as we made our way to our reserved table marked Schmidt for three.

"Kendall, you probably see me different than other people see me, and I've never been one to make friends that easy." I whined. I did realize that I was going to sit here, in this same chair for two hours here in less than an hour. Apparently they were going to have two hours of a playlist the Bride and Groom put together then Kendall and Dustin were going to take over for the last two hours.
