Jim's POV
I get inside Johnny's car, as the table read just finished, and put my seat belt on. I got to say that the new season of The Big Bang Theory will be a little bit more intense than usual, but I'm liking this, I truly am.
Johnny starts the car, and drives carefully through the streets of L.A, as the bright afternoon sun shines in the sky and kisses the skin of my face gently. I yawn, as I am indeed tired; maybe I'll sleep when I get home.
Johnny parks his car in front of my house, but I don't get out, as my eyes are fixed on the beautiful, white house in front of me. I stay silent, wordless. There is something in that house that seems so familiar, but I don't understand what. The house is abandoned, and it is said to be haunted, though I don't really believe any of that crap.
"Everything alright?" asks Johnny, as I don't speak a word.
"That house," I say, my eyes not moving away from it. "It just looks so familiar."
From the corner of my eye, I see that Johnny throws a confused expression at me, and I turn to him.
"Jim," he starts in puzzlement. "That house is the 'Abandoned Mansion'. It's always there...and it's creepy."
I turn back to the beautiful house, and then shake my head.
"Yeah," I say, suddenly focusing my eyes on the ground. "I'm sorry, I've been acting weird all morning. Anyways, thank you for the ride."
"Sure," he says, as I walk out. "See you tomorrow."
I close the door of Johnny's car, and then walk towards the door of my house, inserting the key and opening it carefully. Otis and Rufus run towards me happily, as I bend down to stroke their gentle, fluffy heads. I yawn once again, and start upstairs to my room, then closing the door of it behind me.
I walk towards my desk, as I throw another yawn, and remove everything from my pocket; my keys, phone, some coins, and my...my wallet?
As I place my wallet on top of the desk, I realize that there is a silver chain hanging from it, and I just stare at it in complete puzzlement. I take the black wallet in my hands, and open it, then taking the chain. My eyes fix on a beautiful half heart-shaped necklace, and I suddenly feel a shot of pain running through the nerves in my head. I groan and place my hand on my hair. The pain goes away, and I stare at the beautiful piece of jewelry in wonder. What the hell is this? Where is it from? I feel...strange, as I'm staring at it. There is something in this necklace, something powerful, but I don't remember what it is, or where did it come from.
I open the wooden box I put the strange wedding band in on the morning, and place the necklace next to it. What the hell is going on today?! Why do I feel like something in my life isn't right? Like if something was missing, but at the same time there are weird things and unidentified symbols appearing everywhere.
All these questions drown inside my brain, and I am in complete fatigue. I yawn, and finally walk to my closet. I put on my pajama pants, and remove my shirt, then get under the covers of my bed...closing my eyes gently, and falling into a deep sleep.
Amelie's POV
"It is a pleasure meeting you, Colin," I say, smiling at the handsome man in front of me.
He lets go of my hand, and stares at me dreamingly.
"May I just say that you are the prettiest girl I've ever seen?"
I throw him a look of surprise, and then try my best to cover my face so that he doesn't notice I'm blushing.
"Oh," I say, then chuckling nervously. "Well...thank you." I chuckle once again, and then manage to change the topic. "Are you new here? I've never seen you around."
