Jemma's POV
"Crohn's disease is incurable, but can be managed. You will have to stay here for a week. Then, depending on your health, you will either have to stay longer or you will be discharged," Sharon says. I'm just glad that me and Dan are back together, and i can't believe that Stacy did that. I honestly missed him so much.
Dan's POV
I just found out that Jemma has an incurable disease. I am very upset, but I am just glad that she is going to be ok.
*Timeskip To School Lunch*
"Hey guys," I say, sitting down at my usual table. Anton isn't here, so I'm guessing that he's still sick. "Hey, where's Jemma?" Ina asks. "Oh, she's in the hospital," I say, "she has Crohn's disease. It can't be cured, but it can be managed." "Omg, that's so sad," Ina says. "I feel so bad for her," Zeke replies. "Yeah, I know," I say to them, but she will be out in about a week." "That's good," they reply.
Jemma's POV
I am in a lot of pain right now, and I wish that Dan was here to make me feel better. I wish that he could just take the week off from school so he could stay with me, but he has to go. Sharon has been really nice to me, and she even played Mario Kart with me to take my mind off the pain. My nose still has the bandage on it from Nate. I hate him so much. My dad hasn't even come to see me yet, I wonder if he even knows that I'm here. The door slowly creaks open.
Jemma's Mum's POV
"Jemma," I whisper, not wanting to wake her if she's asleep. "Yeah," she replies. "Just checking on you, see how your doing," I say. "Fine, but in a lot of pain. I wish Dan was here," she says. "I heard what happened, and dad is still mad, but I'm sure he just needs a little time to cool off." "Sure, whatever," she says to me.
*Timeskip To After School*
Dan's POV
I wave good bye to my friends, then get into mum's car. I can't wait to see how Jemma is doing. My brother is in the back, so I get in the front. He is holding hands with a girl. She has long, straight, blonde hair and bright blue eyes. "Oh, hi," she says to me. I look back, startled. "I'm Felicia, and you must be Dan. My boyfriend told me all about you." "Yep, that's me," I say.
*Timeskip To Hospital*
I can't wait to see Jemma. It's been a long day without her smiling face to keep me awake during class. "Why are we here again?" Felicia asks. "Dan's girlfriend, Jemma, was rushed to the hospital, and has to stay here for a week. Dan is visiting her," my brother tells his girlfriend. When we get to the room, I slowly open the door. "Dan?" I hear Jemma's beautiful voice greet me as I enter. I run up to her, and kiss her. "I missed you, babe," I say, "I almost fell asleep in all my classes." She laughs, and I sit down on the bed next to her. "I missed you too, Dan," she says, kissing me on the cheek. I put my arm around her. "Wanna play some minecraft?" I ask, knowing that the answer will be a yes. I grab my laptop out of my backpack, and she takes hers off of the table. I load up a world, and we play for a few hours.
