Dear Past Me,

Hey you, yeah you. You are worth it. Just please keep your head up, and keep fighting. I know you have it in you so please push through the tough days because it is worth it I promise you. Put the blade down, wipe your tears, take a breath, and live. You are loved more than you could ever imagine. You are stronger than you think. If you think you can't take life anymore, I promise you, it will be alright. You will get through this, and will recover, you will heal. It takes time darling, believe me, I know; so be patient and take everything one day at a time. Don't stress about the future because that hasn't happened yet. You are amazing, and I promise the dark days will disappear and you will be able to smile and laugh without it being faked. So pick yourself up and try again, because at the end of the day you are all you have, but that's okay, because you're all you need. It's okay to cry, it's okay to have days where all you did was eat and sleep, because if that's all you can do for that day then I am so proud of you. Be proud of you. You have been through so much and you're still going kiddo, you're unstoppable. Stay strong, and keep living.
