I slowly opened my eyes, shutting them quickly when the sunlight hit them. I opened one eye and held up my hand to shield eyes from the light. I sat up and blinked the drowsiness out of my eyes. I rubbed my temples, thinking about my dream last night. I never really thought about Kage being good, but it was a strange dream. I got up, brushed my teeth, and put on some clothes. A long white sleeved shirt underneath a red short sleeved hooded jacket with a golden oval in the middle. I slipped on some jeans and white socks. I checked myself in the body-sized mirror. My hair was split in the middle and went down to the nape of my neck. I sighed, opened the door, and stepped outside. The cold air face bit my face and gave me goosebumps. I closed the door and locked it, looking at my number. 1323. I turned around and looked up at the sky. Mornings were gray and cloudy, but the sun was breaking through the clouds. 'The sun,' I thought, 'a star. Looks like a big ball of fire, bright and great. Almost like M-'

My thoughts were interrupted when the sound of a door opening and slamming shut reached my ears. I looked over to my left to see Ojo standing there. Her light blue hair stopped short at her jaw. She wore a light green jacket which wasn't zipped up, revealing her pink shirt with yellow flowers. She also had blue pants and pink tennis shoes on. "Morning Slider." She yawned. "Morning Creech." I said, looking at her. We both smirked at each other and laughed. 'Slider' and 'Creech' were actually our real names. 'Suraida'and 'Ojo' are just our code names given to us by Mazabodo. "Hey you guys." We looked behind us to see Jakki and Paparu. "Hey Jackie, Inez." Ojo and I said in unison. Jakki and Paparu looked at each other and laughed. Today was going to be a good day.

I sat down on the bench with my tray and heaved a deep sigh. Today there was heavy training and quizzes and tests and studies. And my whole body ached. I looked over and saw Jakki and Papuru coming towards me. Papuru had brown hair that went past her nape but stopped short. She wore black square glasses on her face. She had a long-sleeved light pink shirt with a giant yellow star in the middle, a purple hooded vest, teal jeans, and long blue combat boots that almost reached her knees. Jakki had her black hair in a bun, like always, with her yellow scrunchie, again, like always. She had her red earrings, necklace, and bracelet around her right wrist. She wore a yellow zipped-up jacket, sky blue pants with pockets, and lavender-white hi-top boots that went past her ankles. They sat across from me and talked, laughing, while eating lunch. Papuru laughed so hard she almost choked. All of a sudden the mood seemed to change when she gave a sad smile. Jakki and I gave her confused looks. "If only he was here..." She said, tears prickling her eyes. Even though Papuru hadn't said his name, we all knew what it meant. "Yeah..." "I wish he was still here..."

If you don't get who is who (even though it's kinda obvious):

Paparu = Inez

Jakki = Jackie

Suraida = Slider

Ojo = Creech
