Thane was glad that he didn't have to go down into the cell and kill them, because he didn't want the next prisoners to have blood in their cell.
He liked trying to kill Emery. But there was still Opal and Sapphire out there. And Opanen, and Sapphen.
But he wouldn't worry about the other triplets, he needed Emery and Emeran gone. And there was only one way to do that.
Orbiun electricity.

Though Emery had escaped Thane multiple times, she had a feeling that it was going to be extra impossible to defeat him now.
She felt power run through her veins as she figured out how he was going to kill her today. She used her Orbiun abilities to torture his mind. He was pulling at her sane mind trying to make it go mad, but Emery had been building up her mind so that you couldn't really do anything to it.
Thane finally gave up on the mind, and started messing with her physical state.
Emery was pretty sure Emeran had no idea what was happening. He was just lying on the ground muttering something she couldn't hear.
But apparently Emeran could hear them, because suddenly Thane dropped to the ground twitching uncontrollably.
She didn't know what was happening but she stopped floating and her cuts and bruises that Thane gave her were gone.
"He is mad."
Emery jumped. It took her a few minutes to finally understand that Emeran was the one who spoke.
She turned to look at Emeran stumbling towards her. He gave her a big hug and said a vague apology.
They knew they were going to have to run. But before they could leave, Emery found what looked like a hard drive and a computer. She grabbed the computer and hard drive and ran with Emeran out into the woods once again.
This time Emeran had more supplies than the last time they were on the move.
He had water bottles (CamelBak if you were wondering*), food, well, a lot of food. And like knives, hair ties ("Augh, Amen Emeran," said Emery as she put her long hair in a bun), and other things you would need to survive out in the wild.
She was happy to be with Emeran again. She was glad she wasn't by herself. It was nice to have company.
She grabbed the computer and turned it on. Thankfully, it was full battery. She looked through the documents, only to find a file labeled 'IMPORTANT'.
She thought about how dumb Thane was to label a file he probably wanted to keep a secret 'IMPORTANT'.
She opened the file and found two other files. One of them was labeled 'Triplet 1' and the other one was labeled 'Triplet 2'.
She looked at triplet one and found herself and two other girls in multiple pictures. She was a baby in most of them until she started to find more recent pictures of her and the other two girls.
