Misunderstandings

Part 11: Meeting friends

Later after Cam let me go and we go back to shore. My shirt I was recently wearing was dirty so Cam gave me his jacket and I wore it as we got back in the car.
"I want you to meet my friends." He said as he started driving.
"When?" I asked.
"Tomorrow. " he replied.
"What if they don't like me?" I asked
"Don't worry, I'm worried they'll steal you away from me." He said smiling.
Cam dropped me off and gave me a light kiss before I went inside.
The next day I wore a dress that had flower designs, and I French braided my hair. I got a text from Cam saying he's here. So I go outside and wait for him. I couldn't wait to meet his best friends. Cam finally arrives and I get in.
"Damn, you look beautiful." He complimented.
"Stop, you're making me blush." I said trying to hide my smile.
"Well, I cannot lie." He said in a southern accent and started driving.
"The boys can't wait to meet you." He said.
"Really?" I asked.
"Yup, especially Nash. He couldn't believe I got a girlfriend." He said grinning.
"I can't believe it myself either." I said as we both started laughing.
When we arrived at Cam's house he that he shares with his friends it was really big.
We went in and the living room was a mess. With plates, trash, and paper everywhere.
"We boys like to make messes." He said smiling.
"I can tell." I said laughing.
Then a handsome guy with blue eyes and brown hair came out of one of the rooms.
"Hey Cam." He greeted.
"And you must be Melody. I'm Nash Grier by the way." He added as he shook my hand.
"Yes, it's nice to meet you." I said.
"I'm proud of you Cam, you finally found a hottie." Nash said as he chuckled.  
Then two more guys come out. And they introduced themselves as the Jacks. I later met two goofballs named Taylor Caniff and Aaron Carpenter. Later on I met Cater Reynold and Shawn Mendes.
All of Cam's friends were friendly and were exactly like him. And each of them were handsome and talented in their own ways.
"They were nice." I said as Cam's friends leave to go somewhere and left me and Cam alone.
"Yeah, they can be too nice sometimes." He said laughing.
"My Friend Matt Espinosa couldn't come today, but you'll meet him Later." He said.
"I can't wait." I said smiling.
"I didn't like how they were flirting with you, especially Nash." He added.
"Don't be jealous." I said laughing.
"I'm not jealous, I'm just being protective." He said also laughing.
"You're cute when you're jealous. I mean "protective". I said laughing as Cam sat next to me.
