Cam and I  got to Second period, which was History. And it was the boring usual history stuff.
I went to the back and sat down, as Cam followed and sat next to me.
Before I know it, girls were hurdling around Cam.
"Hi." Said one blonde girl who I don't think is even in the class.
"I love your vines so much." Added another girl.
Then Mr.Black came in and everyone got in their seats.
"Good morning, everyone." Said Mr.Black.  "I hope you've noticed and greeted our new student, and I guess some of you girls have already." He added as he looked at the group of girls who was hurdling up Cam a few moments ago. As Mr.Black kept talking Cam kept making small talks to me and it's cute how he tries to start a conversation with me. Before I know it, Amanda Kelly enters the room.
"Sorry, I'm late Mr.Black. I was running errands for the principal." She said with her squeaky voice and sat down.
"It's ok Amanda, just have a seat and take the notes on the board." Mr.Black replied as he kept teaching.
"Who is she?" Cam asked me as he pointed at little perfect Amanda.
"Seriously?" I asked sarcastically.
"What? I just want to know Ms.Melody Kate Decker." He said as his face formed a grin.
"Her name is Amanda Kelly, and she's one of those "mean girls" from those high school movies." I said as I rolled my eyes.
"Why don't you like her?" He asked as he looked into my eyes.
"It's just that me and her used to be friends way back in middle school, but ever since she gained popularity she ignores me." I said as I kept writing. I usually don't like talking about my past I like to leave the past in the past.
"She looks like a mean person anyways." He said. "Also her name isn't as fun to say as yours." He added.
"Very cute." I said as I looked up at Amanda who was smiling at Cameron.
He smirked at her and kept writing.
Later on the school bell ranged and I got up ready to leave for lunch.
"Let's get Lunch together." Cam offered.
"Sure." I said as I picked up a pencil I dropped. When i turned back around Amanda was next to Cam already.
"Hi." She said as she fiddled with her perfectly straight hair.
"Sup.'" Cam replies not even looking at her.
"I feel as if I've seen you somewhere." She says as she tries acting clueless.
"Vine." Cam replied
"Yeah, your vines are amazing." She complimented.
"Thanks." He said.
"Wanna go to lunch together? I could show you around school." She said as she smirked at me.
"No thanks, Melody and I have plans already." He objected as his lips formed a perfect curve and looked at me. I couldn't believe my eyes, he was turning Amanda down for me. I've never felt so important in my life.
"Ok, whatever." Said Amanda in an annoyed tone and left.
"Thanks." I said.
"For what?" He asked as he chuckled.
"For turning her down." I said.
"Well, what's better than eating lunch with Ms.Melody Kate Decker?" He reply as he starts laughing.
