You'd Be A Hell Of A Pirate

The Dreams

I walk into the Captain's Quarter's and place the rope on the table. I didn't get to far. My knot looks like crap compared to Hooks and he only has one hand for crying out loud! I guess I can still try. I head over to the bed and lay down.

I'm in the ocean. Treading water to stay a float. I'm getting tired. I see a ship pass by and on the side it says 'The Jolly Roger'. I see Hook starting down at me from the ship. I scream out for help but he just stares at me.

After a while he then says, "This part of the ocean piranhas feed."

I wake up drenched in sweat. I get out of bed and it's the middle of the night again. I grab a candle and light it so I can actually see now. I then grab my sword and walk out of the Quarter's. When I see Hook I relax and put my sword to my side. I walk over to him and sit down on the bench. I look up at him and as he watches the ocean.

"It's the middle of the night, Love." he says looking down at me. "Your drenched! What happened!?"

"Nothing, just another nightmare." I say acting like it was nothing.

"Emma" he says.

"I'm fine." I said even though I was dieing inside.

"Swan, you had a nightmare the other night. What's going on? Is it about back home?" he says concerned.

"No, I'm fine." I say again.

"Emma" he says looking deeply into my eyes.

"They're just silly things." I said trying to shoo the subject far far away.

"Emma, what happened?" Hook asks.

I stares at him for a few seconds and then begin to tell him about the first dream.

"Well, the first night I dreamt about you on this ship. I was running to get on but you left with out me. You just waved at me and smiled as you left." I said looking down.

Hook brings my chin up with his hook and says, "I would never leave you." After a while Hook then asks, "What happened for the second dream?"

"Well it was yesterday when you were gone. I was on the ship in the middle of the night waiting for you. I saw you but realised you were with another woman. You walked past me like I was a ghost."

"I'm noting going to bring another woman aboard this ship as long as your alive, Swan." Hook says. He waited a little while again and then asked, "What just happened tonight?"

"I was in the ocean almost drowning when your ship passed by. You looked down at me as I screamed for help and didn't do anything. You then finally said 'This part of the ocean piranhas feed.'"

"I would never put you in harm's way, Love." he says sitting down and grabbing my face.

I single tear rolls down my face and then Hook presses his lips against mine. When he releases from the kiss he grabs my hand and stands up with me. He walks me to the Quarter's and lies down on the bed with me. I get comfortable in his arms and drift off to sleep.
