You'd Be A Hell Of A Pirate

Saving

The guards drag me out of the carriage and into the castle. They finally let me go and I sprint to the dark, cold basement. I run through all of the cells trying to find Killian.

"Killian!? Killian?!" I cry out. I go to the last cell and see Killian on the floor. "Killian!"

"Swan?" he says as he looks up at me.

Tears start rushing down my face. I reach my arm out to him and he grabs it.

"Oh, Killian." I cry.

"I'm gone be alright." Killian struggles to say.

"They're going to kill you!"

"I'm going to be okay, Love." he says.

"I don't want to lose you!" I shout out.

"Your not going to. I'm a survivor."

"I'm going to stop this! I won't let them kill you!" I cry.

Suddenly I hear my Mom call my name.

"Emma!"

"Killian I'll stop this." I say to him.

I slowly let go of his hand and walk upstairs. Mom is in the main hall looking around.

"Emma! Where were you?" she asks.

"No where." I say.

"You better not have been down stairs with that nasty pirate!" she yells.

"Maybe I was." I say with no emotion.

"Emma, I don't want you near him!" Mom yells.

"Your going to kill him anyways so what's the point!" I yell.

"Emma! It's for the best!"

"Killing someone!?" I scream.

"Emma! It's going to happen, I don't care what you think about it!"

"Just let him go! He didn't do anything!" I yell through my tears.

"No Emma! We already decided!" she yells frustrated.

"If you let him go, then I won't leave the castle!" I yell.

Mom looks at me for a moment.

"Fine." she says through her teeth.

She yells for a few guards and start walking down stairs. I run down after her. We get to Killian cell and he looks up at me.

"What are you doing, Swan?" he says concerned.

"Your free to go, Pirate!" Mom yells at him. "If you do come anywhere near this castle through, then you will be hung! My daughter agreed that if we let you go she will not leave the castle. She will never see you!"

"Swan?!" Killian says.

"I'm sorry Killian, but I don't want you to get hurt." I say through tears.

The guards open the cell and grab Killian from the floor.

"Swan!" Killian says as the guards carry him away. I follow the guards out of the dungeon. Killian struggles to get free but the guards have too tight of a grip on him. "Swan!" he yells out again as the guards carry him out of the castle.

I start to walk out but Mom shuts the door.

"You are not leaving this castle, remember?" Mom says.

I put my head down and walk up stairs. I walk into my room and slowly shut the door. I trug over to the window and sit down. I silently cry as I see the guards carry Killian onto his ship.
