Chapter 15

Minerva POV

Prince Keith's eyes widely opened, in shock. I just stood there, in Prince Keith's arms, and just stared into his eyes. Then suddenly, Prince Keith suddenly started kissing me.

'What is he thinking? Why is he kissing me?!!!!! And we're in front of his mother's grave, for God's sake!!'

I started pushing his chest. "Your Highness, this isn't right." I said, against his lips. He just ignored me and continued on. He put his arm around my waist and another in my hair. This felt wrong. This is wrong. I felt that I was being used as a distraction. I felt dirty. I felt used. I pushed his chest a bit harder and started slamming my fists against it. "Your Highness. Your Highness!!" I yelled. This caught his attention. He pulled back that allowed him to speak freely. "What is it? Do you want to take this somewhere else?" As soon as he said that, I broke myself off of his arms. I glared at him menacingly.

"You are despicable! We are in a cemetery, for God's sake! In front of your mother's grave! Have some respect!!" I shouted. "And seriously?!! 'Do you want to take this somewhere else?' Really?!!" I shouted while mimicking him. I was about to yell at him more when his phone rang. I huffed as he picked his phone up, and putting it on speaker.

"Hello? Oh, father. What do you ne-"

"Don't you father me, young man! Where are you?!! I called your office several times, already!" His Majesty hollered, cutting Prince Keith off.

"I'm sorry, father. I'm out. I'm just visiting mom." Prince Keith said, his voice faltering.

"Oh. I'm sorry." The king said, his voice softening a little. "BUT! That is not an excuse for your actions! And what is the meaning of this letter, I'd just got from Minerva?! Did you do something to her?!! Do you have any idea who she is going to be?!! No? You don't know? Of course you don't know, then why else would you act like that?!!!! She's going to be your damn future wife!!!" The king yelled.

I stood there shocked. First, is because I had never heard the king yell or talk like that. Second, is I had never thought I would hear the king curse. Third. I'M GOING TO BE THIS JERK FACE'S FUTURE WIFE!!!! WTF!!!

And it seemed like I wasn't the only shocked person. Prince Keith just stood there, as if he had gone into shock. "What did you just say, father?" He whispered.

"Ah, damn it! I wasn't supposed to tell you! The damage is done, anyways. Minerva is going to be the future queen of Liberty Kingdom, making her, your wife."

I slowly slid down to the floor. Prince Keith looked at me and the phone. "Father. Minerva is next to me. And this is speaker phone." He said, while staring off into space.

"Oh, okay. Wait, WHAT?!!!! MINERVA'S RIGHT NEXT TO YOU AND YOU DIDN'T TELL ME?!!!!!! AND WHY WOULD YOU PUT YOUR PHONE ON SPEAKER?!!!!!!! GOD!!! TELL MINERVA TO COME TO MY OFFICE, ASAP!!!! WAIT SHE'S THERE!!! Wait, she's there? SHE'S THERE!!!! SHE HEARD EVERYTHING I HAD JUST SAID!!!!!!!!! AH, SH!T!!!!!!" And that was how my afternoon went.

Something urgent really came up and I had to take care of it, asap.
