Chapter 2

(The person isn't Minerva. Picture her instead of using an actual picture. The dress, shoes and the purse with accessories are the things that she'll wear.)

Minerva POV
So now here I am, at some shop, buying a dress. I sighed as I looked at the mirror. I was wearing a navy dress. I just chose that dress and headed towards a store that has all the accessories and all that kind of stuff. Two hours later, I was finished. The ball started at 7pm and right now it was 4pm, so I decided to go to my office and look over some documents.

---3 hours later---

I sighed as I was at the front of the ball room. All right. Here goes nothing. I went inside and I was immediately showered with camera lights and people literally screaming at me about all the cases I have done and my family aka my social status.

I was about to tell them no comment until some man with silvery white hair with violet eyes, stood in front of me. He looked sternly at the paparazzi. "You are pestering the young lady. Go away from this lady, before I get the guards." The paparazzi immediately shrunk away and ran. He turned to me and smiled warmly. "Hello. Are you alright, dear?" I was kind of stunned by him calling me dear when we just met. "I-um, yeah, sure. I'm okay." He was about to reply with that smile of his until another man with purple hair came towards us. "Prince Edward, we must go to the others. Leave this snobby noblewoman behind." I glared at him. I spoke. "Excuse me? First of all, I'm NOT snobby, YOU are and second, for a prince, you are verrrrrrrrryyyyyyyy rude." I smirked. Home run. I said to myself as I watched Prince Joshua, being flustered.

I knew all the the 6 Crown Princes of the 6 great nations, because of my work and also because of my parent's position. Then the arrogant prince aka Prince Keith came. He glared at me. "Who do you think you are to go against the Crowned Princes of the great 6 nations?" I tapped my chin. "Ummmmmmm, let me think. Oh I know!! Maybe the one and only daughter/child of the Vineyard family!! Oh and also Minerva Vineyard!!"

All the 6 princes shrunk at the name Vineyard. Even though the family is from Liberty, it is the most powerful family with all the 6 nations combined. And I was Minerva Vineyard! The famous lawyer! I smirked. Then a hand was placed on my shoulder. "Now, now. Let's stop this bickering and have fun! Ooh, and the dance is starting!" Prince Roberto then after saying that, went to a noblewoman, and got her as his partner for the dance. I rolled my eyes. The other princes started getting themselves a partner. I was about to go to some place until somebody stood in front of me. Prince Keith?

Then he respectively asked," Will you dance with me?"

I was lost for words.
