Minerva POV

I sniffles as I went inside my car. "Whoo." I breathed in and out. "Come on, Minerva. You could do this." I said to myself, over and over again.

After pulling myself together, I wrote the letter to the King and gave it to the messenger. After doing that, I drove to Mark's grave. As I was driving, I realized I never went there except once, which was his funeral session.

"Haaaa." I sighed. I sighed again as I pulled up to his grave. "Come on. Let's go." I stepped out of my car with a bouquet of flowers, that I bought earlier.

I walked slow and heavy steps as I was more closer and closer to him. I stopped and started at his grave.

I went up to his grave with steady steps. As soon as I could read what his grave says, I dropped to the grave. I didn't read it when I was at the funeral session because I was too busy greeting people. It read,"

             "Beloved Son, Brother, and Fiancée.
                         "Dear Minerva,
                                I love you."

I bit my lip as I cried and sobbed. "I'm so sorry. I should've come here sooner. I was too consumed with guilt that I couldn't come here. I'm so sorry. I miss you, Mark. Please. Mark. Mark!!! I'M SORRY!" I yelled.

I set the flowers on top of his grave, while wiping my tears. "Sorry, Mark. I'm truly sorry. I'm going to live my life for you. I-I love you." I whispered.

I turned to leave when a certain grave fight my eyes. I stepped timid steps and I took in a breathe when I saw whose grave it was. It was Keith's mother.

"So this is where you were. Yup. This is my mom's grave." A very familiar voice said, behind me.

"Prince Keith!" I exclaimed, a little shocked. "I thought your mother is alive?" I asked.

"She's my step-mom. Catherine is actually my half-sister." He said, sheepishly.  (Guys, this is NOT true. I'm just making things up for the book. I repeat: THIS IS NOT TRUE.)

"I'm sorry. I shouldn't have asked." I said, while looking at the ground. "I'm sorry. Please don't hurt me." I whispered.

Moments later, I was crashed into Prince Keith's chest. I heard him sigh besides my ear. "Are you that afraid of me?" He asked, his voice slightly cracking.

I silently nodded.

"Look. I'm sorry. Just please come to the castle. We can figure something out." He pleaded.

I took a step away from him and looked to the side, refusing to meet his eyes. "This time, a sorry is not going to solve this." I said and started walking away.

Suddenly his arms were around me.

With his lips on top of mine.
