Chapter Ten; Not Edited

It was Saturday and finally time for Ryder's and I date. After a long day at Ashton's and us working on the project it was time for me to have some fun with someone that I would love to get to know better. I don't see myself being with someone so soon but since I don't have a chance with Michael then Ryder could be someone I see myself with.

I was currently heading to the mall to meet Ivy and Harry so that we could hang out. Sadly, I haven't had the chance to bond with them because of the note drama and them being to busy to do stuff with me on the weekends. The soft wind blew through my hair and I could feel the softness as I moved the long pieces out of my tan face when I walked down the busy streets of the city I grew to love so much.

I pulled my coat closer to my body and let the warmth of the clothing warm me up during this cold day. When I got closer to the mall I felt a funny feeling that I was being watched or even followed but I didn't want that to scare me off from hanging out with my best friends. So with that being said I started to hurry towards the mall's entrance and I could see two figures ahead and I knew it was my friends so I put on a smile and headed toward them.

"Hey guys!" I smiled when I got closer to them and I saw something I would've never expected. The two were holding hands and probably didn't realize I was near them because they were to busy having a conversation with each other. When they saw me they quickly jumped a apart, making me raise my eyebrows in question.

"Um, what's up Calum?" Harry asked as he scratched his back in awkwardness and Ivy was doing much better because a light blush was on her pale face. "Is there something you want to tell me?" I asked, hoping they would tell me the truth about them.

"Okay, please don't be mad, but Harry and I are kind of together." Ivy said and I watched her bit her bottom lip as she waited for a answer from me. I was shocked to say at least. I never expected them to get together because they were two totally different people with different personalities.

"Kind of?" I asked because I wanted to clarify that they are actually in relationship. "Is it a yes or no?" I pestered until they decided to give me a full answer and I didn't have to wait long before Harry groaned and grabbed the blue dyed haired girl's hand and raised it for me to see only. I let out a loud squeal which earned a couple of odd looks but I could careless. "When did this happen? Tell me all the details."

"Can we go shopping first then grab a bite to eat and talk over that?" Ivy said as she rubbed her stomach and I rolled my eyes in a fond manner and agreed quickly to her request. I followed the two inside of the mall and I couldn't help that feeling that we were being watched closely from somewhere nearby.

Shopping went by well and fast if I could be honest. We now have stopped inside a small cafe where not a lot of people were. I like when places with food don't have a lot of people, mainly because I can hear myself think and hear the conversations that my friends make. "Okay, so tell me the details?" I asked as eagerness appeared in my voice.

"There is nothing really to say. I've been having feelings for Ivy for a long time now and I finally got the courage to ask her out a couple of days ago." Harry said and I cooed at the sight of them blushing at each other. I really hoped I could find someone to call mine but until then I can at least hang out them.

Ivy was saying much and it made me furrow my eyebrows so I looked up to see her looking out of the window at the parking lot across the street. "Ivy?" I asked with concern in my voice as I saw her stiffen when I called her name. "Are you okay?" I saw Harry place a hand on her shoulder and a look of concern was on his face.

"I think, I think we're being watched." My eyebrows shot up and fear filled my veins as I followed the girl's eyes to see a figure with dark clothing looking in our direction with a phone in his hand. By the looks of it he was either taking a picture or a video of us, but who knows for sure. "That is creepy." I commented and I saw Harry pushing himself out of his chair and I quickly shook my head for him to sit down and ignore the figure standing outside.

"I'm not going to let him stand there and take pictures or videos of us eating lunch." Harry pointed out to us and I heard Ivy start to speak. "To late for that." I turned to look at her with raised eyebrows and I looked back out of the window and the fear was back in my veins.

He was gone.
