It's been 4 weeks since y/n got the call saying that Zayn was taking her to court, and today's the day that Zayn could take her son from her. "How you feeling babygirl?". Louis asked as they drove to the court "I'm scared I don't wanna lose my son Lou". Y/n replied holding back tears "princess we're not going to let anyone take your son I promise".harry said holding her hand and the other boys nodded in agreement. Half an hour later they arrived at the court and they all got out the car to loads of paps shouting.

When they got in to the court house they was rushed straight to the room they'll be in, When they walking into the room they saw Zayn sitting next to naughty boy smirking, a few minutes later the judge walked into the room and everyone stood up for him. "We're here for the case of Zayn Malik vs Y/n Tomlinson over the custody of Mckenzie Tomlinson". The judge said
After being at the court for about 4 hours they called Zayn to the stand "Zayn is it true that y/n kept Mckenzie from you and wouldn't let you see him?". Zayn's lawyer asked "yeah that right I wanted to be in his life but she wouldn't let me and move away so I couldn't find her". Zayn replied "how do you feel that you've missed over a year of your sons life". The lawyer asked "It feels like a peace of me is missing know that I've missed over a year and that I won't get that back and that my son doesn't even know me". Zayn cried but smirked at y/n "okay Zayn you may leave the stand". The lawyer smiled "okay we're going to have an hour break then finish this case ". He judge said then walked out
"Babygirl you okay". Louis asked worried "he's going to win him going to take my son". Y/n sobbed as Harry pulled her into his chest "don't worry princess I'll make sure he doesn't win". Harry smiled, after an hour of y/n crying they was called back into the room " okay full custody of Mckenzie Tomlinson goes to Zayn mal" the judge was cut of by Harry standing up "I've got proof that everything that Zayn said was a lie". Harry explains " "okay mr styles where is the proof?". The judge asked "right here". Harry replied holding up a cd, y/n's lawyer got the cd of Harry and handed it to the judge and he put it into the CD player

"Hey Zayn thanks for meeting me". Y/n said "yeah yeah what did you wanna talk to me about?". Zayn asked "well I'm erm pregnant and it's your baby". Y/n replied "and your getting rid of it right it's just a mistake". Zayn said angrily "no of course I'm not I'm not killing my baby". Y/n said shocked "well you better not tell anybody that the mistakes mine got it if you I'll make sure you'll never see it again"Zayn demands

As the recording finished everyone looked at Zayn in shock "full custody of Mckenzie Tomlinson goes to y/n Tomlinson and Zayn Malik is not aloud within 1000ft of y/n or Mckenzie Tomlinson case dismissed". The judge said as he banded his gabble, all the one direction family cheered as the judge walked out and hugged y/n. "I told you I wouldn't let Zayn take your son". Harry smiled "thank you so much Harry". Y/n smiled as she kissed him.

Well it turns out that y/n and Harry would have a family with Mckenzie a year later Harry asked y/n to marry him and the day after there wedding Harry adopted Mckenzie as his son they was no long Y/n and Mckenzie Tomlinson they was Y/n and Mckenzie styles.
