Niam have been a couple for the last 3 years, and have been engaged for a year and a half. So it was only right for then to want to start a family together "But i don't want to adopted i want the baby to be ours". Niall said "what if we get a surrogate do the baby will be ours". Liam asked while bringing niall into his arms "i want the mother to be someone we trust".Niall replied "Okay but who".Liam thinks out loud "I'll do it".You smiled "Y/N princess i couldn't ask you to do that".Niall said "You haven't asked im offering, who else would you trust more than your little sister". You laughed "She got a point babe who else would be a better to carry our baby".Liam smiled

A few weeks later you was in the doctors office waiting to see if it work and if your pregnant "im so scared what if it didn't work i know how much you both want this baby". You whispered "Sweetheart even if your not pregnant we can always try again so please don't feel bad if your not okay".Liam said while Niall hugged you.

Well it turns out you was pregnant its been about 8 and half months, and your about to pop. Niam have the baby's room done and everything's ready, You've been staying with them since you found out that you was pregnant just to make sure someone was with you at all times.

You was sitting in the living room with all the boys when you got a really bad pain in my belly, you put your hand over you bump to try and stop it. "Y/N are you okay sweetheart you look pale". Harry asked worried "I don't feel very well ive got a really bad pain in my belly". You cried "Liam call an ambulance she's bleeding". Louis shouted as you feel into darkness

Niall's pov

After we got to the hospital they took Y/N away and wouldnt let us go with her we called our family and they was all here, "Its been over an hour whats taking so long". I asked just as a doctor walked into the family waiting room

"Y/N Horan".the doctor asked we all nodded we walked over and sat in front of us "Hello im Dr Smith ive got good news and bad news which would you like first".He asked "Good news please".Liam said as he held my hand "Well Y/N gave birth to a beautiful girl and boy". he smiled a sad smile "And the bad news". my mum asked "Y/N lost a lot of blood after delivering the first baby and we was only able to safe either her or the second baby". he paused letting us take it all in and let me tell you they wasn't anyone in the room that wasn't crying "Im sorry to tell you this but Y/N made us promise to save the baby".He said as he whipped a tear away "Omg my baby girl". Mum screamed as she cried falling to the floor "Niall she asked me to give you this".Dr smith said as he handed me a letter

"Dear everyone

I guess if your reading this i passed away, Well where do i start i knew i wasn't going to make it after the twins were born i was told at my 7 month scan, They told me that my body wouldn't be able to deliver two babies im sorry that i didn't tell you, please whatever you do don't hate me for not telling you how was i meant to tell my older brother that i was told that only me or one of his babies would live i couldn't do that. That's why im choosing for the baby to live they deserve to more than me,

Greg you have been the best brother a girl could ask for thank you for always being a shoulder to cry on when i needed one, and Greg thank you for always taking the blame when i broke something of Niall's, mum's or dad's so i wouldn't get in trouble, and please tell Theo that i love him and he can have my Micky Mouse teddy that he loves i love all three for you so much xxx

Mum and Dad Im really sorry that i didn't get to say that i love you or goodbye but i know that you would try and talk to out of it if i told you, Your the best parents i could ask for your i love you so much and in my bed side table there's all my funeral plans, I thought it would be easier if i done them myself because i knew who hard it would for you i love you xxx

Louis Im really going to miss my prank buddy, You was like an older brother that nobody would want but wouldn't change for the world. Don't stop being your loud carefree self I love you don't forget that xxx

Harry im going to miss you like crazy i never told you this but ive had the biggest crush on you since i was 15, Whoever ends up winning your heart is going to be the luckiest person in the world, and i don't care what anyone think you look really hot with long hair I love you so much harry please don't forget me xxx

Liam Well where do i start i always knew that you would end up with Niall i use to see the way you looked at him with so much love it just to make my heart melt, so im thankful that you was going to be my brother in law and as i wedding present i paid for your honeymoon all the information is in my best side table. And Liam please look after Niall or i'll be turning your dreams into nightmare and that's a promise I love you li xxx

Niall well this is going to be harder than i thought it would be, I think i'll miss you the most your not just my brother your my best friend, Thank you for everything you've done for me please don't forget about me, You've got a prince and a princess now so much sure you treat them like it and make sure they know about their auntie Y/N and how much i love them, I love you so much Niall and when its your time i'll be waiting for you with open arms telling you how proud i am and now much ive missed you xxx
