Liam was in the hospital I'll his kidney has failed him again and his on a waiting list for a new one.
Today you was the only one with him as your sisters and parents are at work you was sitting in the chair next to his bed doing some emails when Liam's doctors walked in.
"How is he today doctor smith?". You asked while putting your laptop on the table "Y/N sweetheart I'm not going to lie to you but he's really ill and need to transplant as soon as possible". The doctor said giving you a sad smile " I know he said not to but can you see if I'm a match I can't sit here and let my big brother die". I asked looking at him then at Liam " of course I can but are you sure?". He asked "yeah I'm sure ". You replied nodding your head
You followed the doctor out the room to see if you was a match half an hour later you found out you was "we'll be able to do the surgery tomorrow morning at 7". The doctor said "Okay thank you doctor". You smiled at him the walked back to Liam's room.
When you got there you saw he was awake and sitting up in bed " hey big bro they've found a kidney and your surgery tomorrow morning". You said hugging him
You spend the rest of the day with Liam and your family the boys come by to wish him luck with the surgery.
You ended up sleeping in Liam's bed with him that night because he was worried about the surgery the next day and need to you there.
The next morning you woke up before everyone and left a note saying you got called into work and couldn't get out of it you didn't want your family or Liam worrying about you having surgery as well today.
You and Liam was both in the same room as you got your surgery done because they need to get the kidney straight into Liam.
The surgery went fine but as they was stitching you up the heart monitor let out a long deeeeeeep.
