I stroked his hair slowly, sighing. "Ciel, my love... If you ever wake up...."

I couldn't finish my sentence. Tears streamed down my cheeks. I know you'll be scared of me... You'll probably push me away... Make us become what we once were....

I was interrupted by the other servants bursting through the door.

Mey-rin ran to the bed, screaming, "M-MISTER SEBASTIAN!! Y-YOUNG MASTER YO--" she paused, voice turning into a whisper. "Y-young master...?"

I looked at the floor, then stood. "Please just... Leave the room..."

Mey-rin blinked at me, then adjusted her glasses. "Something's wrong, yes it is..."

Finny had tears pooling in his eyes. "H-he'll be okay.... Right?"

I sighed and put my head in my hands. "I don't know Finny.... I just don't know..."

He ran off, crying. I lifted my head, then watched as Mey-rin walked out, sniffling quietly. Bard remained.

He looked at Ciel. "You'd better make sure he's alright. I don't feel like hearin' a crying Finny."

I closed my eyes. "I can't guarantee anything..."

Bard sighed and rubbed the back of his neck, then walked out, shaking his head.

I sat back down at Ciel's side, then looked at him.

He laid there, lifeless.

Tears streamed down my cheeks again. I didn't know what to do...
