What About Us

Chapter 2

Chat's POV

The unknown man cackled out loud before revealing himself to us. He wore a black mask tinted with a dust of gold and a long black coat with the hems shredded to bits. He was swinging a small stick that was topped off with a diamond.

"Who are you?"demanded Ladybug. She clenched her yoyo, ready to fight. The masked man grinned.

"I am Moneypulator, for I can turn anything good into bad. And I am thinking....how about I turn you evil tonight?"he said and pointed his stick towards Ladybug.

I jumped infront of her in case she would get hurt. "I have a bad feeling about this." Ladybug put on a serious face and said,"Let's see you try."

Both of us charged towards Moneypulator, me extending my staff and swinging it towards his legs. He jumped with a flourish, completely avoiding my attack. Ladybug went to my right hand side and tossed her yoyo to try and hurl him away. It hit his elbow and he backed away.

I took the chance. "Cataclysm!" I pounced onto him and we tumbled on the ground. When I tried to claw at his face, he pushed me off of him and I hit a nearby wall. His stick rolled a few feet away.

"Ladybug!" I called out. She ran to catch the staff but the enemy was much faster. He grabbed hold of it and zapped a gold lightning to My Lady. She screamed and hit the ground.

"My Lady!" I ran to her side to see her red outfit started to turn black and the black spots were fading away and turned red. In just a few seconds she turned into someone who emits a dark aura. She stood up and flashed me an evil stare.

"Now Evil Bug, attack him!"commanded Moneypulator. He gave the once sweet Ladybug a wad of cash. She stuffed it into a pocket of her new outfit before grinning wickedly at me. "With pleasure."

She charged towards me, her yoyo spinning at a dangerous speed. "Ladybuggg!!" I screamed.

I'm going back to school tomorrow (I'm a boarding school student) 😭
