Chat Noir's POV

I frantically ran towards the massive cloud of smoke after Plagg had transformed me. Coughing up dust, Ladybug appeared beside me. "It's him again, " she said.

I solemnly nod as my mind reeled back to that night. 'I have to protect her.'

Moneypulator cackled when he saw us approaching, the bills at his feet shuffled as he turned his body towards us. The people around him greedily snatched the money near them. "Attack them my minions." ordered the masked villian.

We stepped back as the manipulated civilians tried to grab us. "Don't hurt them, no matter what!" Ladybug reminded me as she flung her yoyo towards Moneypulator. I dodged a metal bar trown by a man in a grey suit.

"Got that." I jumped infront of Ladybug and kicked Moneypulator in the stomach. He doubled over and clutched his staff. He pointed it at me and sent a blinding flash of light at my direction.

I was about to shield myself when Ladybug pushed me out of the way. "No!!!" I cried in horror as I watched helplessly. Ladybug transformed again, scaring my classmates and teachers nearby. Moneypulator flashed me a wicked grin.

"This time, Chat Noir, I'll make sure she will not fail to take yours and give hers to me," he said as he plastered a few 100 notes on her back.

"Genius," I huffed. Now Ladybug can't take those notes of her and she'll be controlled. I had no choice but to try to save her, even if I had to scratch her.

"Cataclysm!" I charged towards My Lady, my mind kept on reminding me to be careful. She threw her yoyo at me, only missing my tail. I jumped off a pillar and extended my claws at her back. But she turned and I had to withdrew back, giving her the chance to grab me by the shoulders and toss me to the ground.

"Oh, by the way, do you seriously think that you can keep your secrets? We will spread your true identity if you don't surrender," Moneypulator's voice boomed in my ears. I perked up and Ladybug stiffened.

'Why did she stop?' I pondered. I watched as Ladybug's face frowned and she casted her eyes at me. I could see fear in those blue orbs, like she was screaming for me to help her. 'She still has her concious!' The thought hit me like a train.

Ladybug suddenly started to attack me again, swinging her black and red-spotted hands and gave me a fist in the cheek which sent me flying. I rubbed my sore cheek but was not able to make any move as I was pounced by Ladybug. She stooped over me and pressed my head on the gravel, her face inches from mine.

I stared into her ocean blue eyes, finding fear and hope despite her nasty glare results of the manipulation casted on her. There was no escape and the only way was to....

Hello hello. So, hope you like it. Drop in any suggestions, please? It'll help me a lot. Thanks.
