Chapter 11

Adrien's POV

I opened up the 'red mail' and typed in a reply, trying to sound brave enough.

If you're threatening us, you better come straight forward and deal with it.

V's POV

A smirk came up my face. He's falling into my trap and dragging Ladybug with him. Plan : 85% complete. "Hahahhahahaha..." I replied his mail with a location that I wanted him to go to.

Bring LADYBUG with you or the cat gets out of the bag.

Adrien's POV

Haaa.... I hope this is the right step. "Plagg, transform me!" I changed into Chat Noir just as the sky turned pitch black. I called Ladybug.

"Yes, Chat?" Her voice sounded worried.

"I want to meet you in the centre of town. I want to talk about the mud we're stuck in. And maybe the unknown person will appear there."

"What do you mean?" She asked. I sighed. "The person emailed me. I'll give you the details there when we meet." I answered.

"Cha-!" I ended the call before she could say anything else. I have to devise a plan to get rid of the threat. And fast. Suddenly, Master Fu's words about the book popped in my mind.

"Yes, I'll destroy that good for nothing villian once I get my claws on him. And from that, I could protect Ladybug too." I concluded and jumped out of the window, making my way to the centre of town.

When I arrived there, no one was around.so I perched myself on a lamp post to wait for my Lady. Because of the lack of light, I didn't see the blow coming from my right. It hit me on full blast on my cheek and sent me tumbling from my spot.

I got up to see a pair of eyes staring at me with such hatred. When the said person stepped forward, even I myself couldn't believe my eyes. "Volpina?!"

A cackle left her lips. "Seriously, Adrien. It's so easy to recognise it was you. Who would be dumb enough to not know it was you from the very first sight? That Ladybug must be stupid." She rambled, a smirk constantly pulling at her lips.

"Don't you dare call Ladybug stupid!!" I barked at her and took out my claws. "Cataclysm! Sorry Volpina but your days are over tonight."

She gave a small chortle. "You? Want to destroy me? Ha! Think again!!" She blew her flute and created about a thousand other Volpinas. They ran in circles around me until I couldn't figure out which is which.

I decided that I could just claw at her but then Ladybug appeared. "Chat Noir!" She called out. Volpina's cackle boomed through the night air as I heard the sound of her long flute again and now there were a thousand other Ladybugs! Ugh, what a mess. Now I couldn't claw as I like.

"Ladybug! Which one is you?" I called out. All of them pointed at each of them selves. "Me! They answered in unison.

I facepalmed. Volpina must have altered them to follow the real Ladybug. Must it have to be harder than before???!!!

I thought about it for a second and came up with a plan. Who knew I was able to?

"Ladybug! I'm going to claw everyone. If it's not you, you don't move away. But if it's you, hit me in the head before I get to you!"

"Okay, Chat." All of them said at once. I started to destroy each and every one of the decoys including the faux Volpinas. Suddenly, a bash came down on my head. I turned around to see now the only standing Ladybug. "It's me, Chat." The decoys quickly disappeared and what was left now were me, Ladybug and Volpina.

The orange fox growled in anger as she locked her eyes on us. "Don't think that you'll get away Adrien." -to that, Ladybug's eyes went as big as saucers- "I still have my super strength and I can crush you anytime."

"Heh. As I said before, your days are over tonight. Try me." I charged at her, extending my claws while Ladybug threw her yoyo at her feet in her effort to trap the stinking fox. The sly villian avoided our attacks and jumped to Ladybug's back.

So sorry that I had to use Volpina out of the sudden. But I just had the idea of her having her revenge of the last time they defeated her. Hope you guys like it ^^
