Sakura was not a hypocrite.

Being a medic, she constantly enforced eating healthy. So of course she ate healthy too. But she had some snacks sometimes. Not like Choji, who ate 24/7, but she had a sugary drink here, a fatty snack there.

But there was absolutely no junk food here. She vaguely remembered Sasuke mentioning he had a strong dislike for sweets but really! Three years and no sugar?

For breakfast she had an apple and some water. How oh so very delicious.

Sakura was only there for one day but she could tell that they didn't have much of a selection for food. But if you lived here the food you eat would be the last thing on your mind so Sakura guessed they just didn't care.

And Sakura's first day there was almost as bland as her food. Wake up, eat, go back into her room, practice chakra-control, re-read one of the books she brought, and that's all that happened so far. At the moment she was just laying on her back staring at the ceiling.

What did Sasuke do all the time? Was his days like this for those past three years? Her days in Konoha were sometimes the same but she never got tired of them. Train with her team, see Ino, occasionally go on missions, save lives at the hospital.

She didn't see Sasuke at all so far. She guessed he was training. Not like she cares what he was doing. She was just bored and was curious what he did to pass time.

One thing that really annoyed her was the absence of a clock. She had no idea what time it was. Her room wasn't very entertaining. A bed and a dresser. That was it. There was also a bathroom though. Oh, and no windows. But Sakura guessed that they were probably underground so there were probably no windows in the whole place.

Since there was no windows Sakura couldn't even tell if it was nighttime or daytime. And this also pissed her off.

Wanting to waste time on something, she decided to take a shower. Stripping her clothes and turning on the water, she wondered if anyone would sneak in and go through her belongings. She made sure not to bring anything important or anything that could tell them about Konoha though, so rummaging through her items would be fruitless.

A string of profanities left her mouth when she entered the shower to see it was ice-cold. It seems the water here was as cold as Orochumaru's heart.

After turning the water as high as she could she only managed to get it lukewarm which wasn't very satisfying. But it was a pretty big difference compared to the freezing water from before.

Well this was just another thing to add onto her list of what she'd miss from Konoha. Warm water.

After a short shower - she couldn't stand being under the spray of the cold water - she was where she was before. Sitting on her bed staring at the ceiling. The bed was pretty hard. Not very comfortable. And she already took off the sheets. She did NOT plan to actually put those on herself. Who knew what kind of people had that sheet around them? Having the inconvenience of a few medical tools she couldn't really check to see what disease those sheets carried.

"Dinner."

Her eyes flickered to the unfamiliar voice but he was already gone, the only evidence of his presence was a tray of food.

Yum! Cold beef and salad! Note the sarcasm.

Not really hungry, she decided to go look around. She was never told which rooms she could and couldn't go into. And if she got in trouble for being somewhere she shouldn't be it wasn't like they could do anything to her for doing it.
