"No way! I've already written my letter! You can give her yours next week!"

Ino placed a hand on her hip and glared at Naruto. "You guys have been hogging her! I get that she's your teammate and all-that's why I let you guys mail her for a while-but now it's my turn!"

The blonde male clenched his fists. "Well too bad! She hasn't even been asking about you! She doesn't want to talk to you!"

Gadabouts with nothing better to do turned to listen to their loud conversation but they arguing two paid no mind to this. Right now they stood in front of the messaging tower arguing about who got to send Sakura a letter this week.

"Well she never asked for you to mail her! She was probably bring polite and decided not to ask about me until you finally stopped obsessing over how she's doing!"

Naruto's eyes grew as wide as saucers and he stared at her, bewildered. "How did you know?"

Ino rolled her eyes. "I'm her best friend! She tells me everything! She talks about her team a lot too. I know you guys almost as much as I know my own team!"

"What does she say about us?" he questioned, eager to find out what his teammate told her friend about them. 'She probably talks about how strong I'm getting and how close I am to becoming Hokage!' he thought, conceited.

"Well, she says Kakashi's an old pervert, you're a ramen addict who's teaching Sai very wrong things, and that Sai's messed up because of you."

Naruto frowned. "How so? I'm teaching him how people act!"

Her eyes narrowed. "You told him that when adults say no they mean yes!"

He raised his hands defensively. "Hey, that's not a lie! It's true!"

She rolled her eyes. "Get out of my way or I'll make you!"

He stuck out his tongue. "You don't scare me!"

She raised a thin eyebrow. "Is that so?" She cracked the knuckles on both of her hands. "Then come here and prove it!"

A nervous trickle of sweat formed at his temple. "Hey, no need to get violent!"

"Then let me send my letter."

"O-Oka-WAIT NO WAY! SAKURA WANTS TO TALK TO ME!" He clutched his now crumpled letter to his chest.

During their intense bickering, they hardly noticed the timid Shizune walking past them. She was okay now, ever since Tsunade's quick recovery. There wasn't enough poison to actually threaten her life but it was just enough to knock her off her feet.

She quietly walked right behind Naruto and attached a letter from her and Tsunade to Konoha's bird. "Good bird." she muttered, feeding it a few sun flower seeds.

The messagager hawk flying over their heads caught their attention. They both sweatdropped when they realized Shizune had sent the pinkette a letter while they were arguing.

"COME BACK BIRDY!" Naruto shouted, running after the bird while waving his letter in the air like a maniac.

"Idiot." Ino complained, doing a face-palm.

It turns out that when the child wasn't shaking and crying in fear, she was quite loud and........disruptive.
