Chapter 10

Aphmau's POV

Once we were home, I closed my door and took a seat. I laid there for awhile. An hour passed and I knew that I had to get up. I decided to text Taylor about the puppy:

Aphmau: Hey.

Taylor: Hello.

Aphmau: I was wondering if you could drop the puppy by my place tomorrow. 

Taylor: Of course I can.

Aphmau: Great! 

Taylor: Well I have to walk my dog, so I'll be off.

Aphmau: Bye.

I texted her my address and then headed to the kitchen. I need to make something to eat for dinner, it's nearly 7:00. I ended up making a ham, there's a lot of it left over so I decided to go over to Laurance's house and offer him some of it. I brushed my hair, I then walked to his door after putting on my shoes. I knocked and he answered. 

"Aphmau? What're you doing here?" Laurance asked.

"I had some leftover food and I thought you might want it," I said. 

"Sure," Laurance said, I handed him the food and went back home.

I'm quite excited to get my new puppy. They were so cute!

I sit and think for a little, maybe I should text one of my friends. I have a few that I haven't talked to in a while. I go through my contact list and find the contact named Katelyn. I click that contact and send her a message, our last conversation was over 2 years ago:

Aphmau: Hey! I haven't talked to you in some time.

Katelyn: So true! What have you been up to lately?

Aphmau: Well, I moved, twice. I have a new job, and things are just great. How about for you?

Katelyn: That's nice, I'm moving too. In a week. I also have a job, but I'm transferring to the new area that I'm moving to.

Aphmau: What area?

Katelyn: (name of area)

Aphmau: Wow! I live there!

Katelyn: That's great, we can finally be friends again.

Aphmau: Definitely. I'll text you later.

Katelyn: Okay, bye.

Aphmau: Bye, Katelyn.

I take a shower, then change into pajamas. I walk out and into the living room and turn the T.V. on. I select a movie from Netflix, I sit comfortably and watch the movie. I end up falling asleep. I have a dream:

I was sitting at  the small table I have in my house when I feel like this is all a dream. I wonder if  I'm awake. A small child starts running to me and an older woman morphs into a spider and chases after her. This is definitely a dream. I'm excited, in this kind of dream, you can control it. I smile brightly and fly up to the ceiling of my apartment. I flew down a little and asked for it to let me see Thorgi. It didn't work, all went black. I didn't move, I don't want this to end so I stayed as still as possible. After seconds, poof. Back into my controlled dream. I'm flying over an ocean, and I start swimming. I fly back up and imagine a massive whale. A whale appears and starts chasing me. I fly away but it catches up. I feel like I can't breathe and burst awake.

I was holding my breath in real life... because I did in my dream when I went underwater. I immediately write all of this down and then do research on it. I woke up around 3:00 am so it's 5:00 as of now.  

I head back to sleep, knowing how it feels to fly. How it feels to be free.

Laurance's POV

It's morning now and I hear puppy cries from outside my door. Knowingly, I peek through. To my surprise, that Taylor person is holding a small husky pup. 

I open the door and walk out, I ask,

"Why do you have a puppy here?" She turns and smiles.

"It's for Aphmau," she moves the puppy up so it's on her shoulder once again.

I pat it's head as she knocks on Aphmau's door.

Aphmau answers, she looks pretty tired but her eyes widen when she sees the puppy.

"Oh, my Irene! It's so adorable!" She takes the puppy in her arms and hugs it. It licks her face.

"Is it a girl?" She asked.

"She sure is," Taylor says, letting out a small giggle.

"What was the mother's name?" Aphmau asked.

"Eh, well her name was Luna," Taylor shrugged.

"Ah... then I shall call you Celestia," she said, staring at the little puppy.

"That's a wonderful name, I'll be off, though. I have some more puppies so find owners for," she giggles, walking off.

Aphmau invites me inside, we both take a seat on the floor with the puppy.

Aphmau's POV

Celestia is so cute! Laurance and I are familiarizing her to us at the moment. She keeps running in circles and then falling because her back legs are faster than the front ones. It's honestly the most adorable thing I've ever seen.

"Come here Celestia girl!" I call, patting my legs.

Celestia doesn't quite know her name yet but she can tell that I was talking to her.

I hug her tightly and she nuzzles her head into my neck. What a sweet puppy.

Okay, so I was planning on posting this at 1:00 but it wasn't finished yet. I hope you all are okay with this slightly later post. okay, Celestia joined!!! :D It's about time that sweet little pup joined us! GAH! and Aphmau seems to be loving every second with little Celestia! Now, you're all probably confused on that strange dream. Well, if you follow most of my books you'll know that I implement my dreams into the stories but change them to fit the plot. that epic Lucid Dream was so cool! Like, flying is fun. REALLY fun! And I know that now, now I'd rather be invisible than able to fly. Because I've officially flown before, even if it wasn't REAL life. It was still epic. That whale part did happen and I did wake up at 3:00 am... but I was so happy to finally have a lucid dream after wanting one for about a year, that I didn't even care. Anyways, I love you all and am sorry for not posting on the as of late. I love you all and byee! ~Taylor
