Meeting Him

My life used to be normal. I used to just be that girl that nobody knew. I was fine with that. But I miss my past. The person I used to be. But I can't go back now. It's too late. But I'm fine with that. Because I met him. He would change everything for me.
I'm Addison Jane. A normal 16 year old girl from Los Angeles, California. I work at Rue 21 at a local mall and I live with my mom Kirsty. I have one friend. My best friend in the whole world, Gracie Ross. She is beautiful. She has long, straight, silky, blonde hair, deep blue eyes, flawless tan skin, and she is really tall (6' 1"). She also has a supermodel body (super skinny). But then there's me. Long, wavy, blonde hair, baby blue eyes (but a little darker), not-so-flawless tan skin, and I'm 5' 9". And I'm pretty skinny. Considering I'm 16 and weigh 84 pounds. I have always been tiny.
It was just a normal day at work and I was on my break texting Gracie.
Gracie is Bae:
Dylan O'Brian is SO much cuter tho!😂
Addison is Hashtag Amazeballs:

Gracie is Bae:
Whatever. Your break is going to be over in 5...4...3...2...BYE😘
Addison is Hashtag Amazeballs:
BYE😘

I love her. She is literally the coolest person in the world! Just as I sent that text, I felt a tap on my shoulder.
"Excuse me?" Someone asks.
"May I help you?" I say politely putting on a huge smile.
"Yes please. Where are the Vans?" A very CUTE  guy asks.
"Follow me." I say leading him over to the shoes.
"What bout these?" He asks me pulling down a pair of turquoise vans.
"Those are my personal favorites! They can go with many different things like-"
"I'll take them." He says smiling widely.
"Okay. Let me just check you out." I say going behind the counter.
"That will be 5.95." I say.
"Here ya go." He says handing me a ten dollar bill, "keep the change."
"Thank you!" I say.
"And here is this." He says giving me a small piece of paper with a phone number on it, "have a nice day."
"You too!" I say after him.
He turns around and waves then tripping over a mannequin. I start laughing and he gets back up, tips his fedora at me and walks out. Smooth as butter. I think I love someone I just met...
