'No one's known to have escaped from here. How could they escape anyway?' Tina explained.
'Kelli and I can. We can fly.'
'Yes, but...'
I turned to the boy sitting in the corner who we saw was thrown off Start Ville. 'Are you okay? What's wrong?'
He didn't answer but he looked down at the floor. I gently tried again, 'It's okay, don't be upset. What's your name?'
He whispered so quietly I couldn't hear. I heard him say , 'Mm ill... Fih m num...'
'Are you ill?' He shook his head. I sighed.
'Phil.'
'Is your name Phil?' He nodded. A girl from a nearby cage said 'Don't bother talking to him. He's so shy and doesn't like to talk to people he doesn't know.'
'Oh.'
James and Kelli sat down and Tina went to go next to them. Tina called me over and I sat next to her. I was hungry as I hadn't had any breakfast and it was already 10:20. 'Tina, I'm hungry.'
'They give us lunch at 12:00. Can you wait?'
'Yeah, sure,' I sighed deeply. I didn't like the 'World Below'.
'If you're worried, by October we'll be out of these cages. But we're going to these rooms. Like prison cells but they're better than these cages.'
October. Just two weeks. Two weeks.
