With our remaining 138 villions, we decided to buy some extra items to help us on our way. Bruce showed me the Books, Weapons, Stationery and entertainment sections, and Tina and I looked through the lot. I started with the books section in case there were any guides or books that could help us.

I muttered, reading the titles of each book, "Daisy Buttermellow, The Dragon's Lair, Feather Villes Secrets, The -Villes, Diary of Vivian Murphy..."

"Is this all?" Tina asked Bruce.

"That's all the books we have so far. We really need some more donations," he replied.

"Donations?"

"Everyone down here sends us books. Maybe books they had before they came down here, books they stole or books they wrote. Depending on the book, we pay them up to 15 villions for the books they bring." Bruce explained.

I read the blurbs of the 6 books and Daisy Buttermellow turned out to be a book about a girl called Daisy who died 5 years ago because she hated the orphanage she was in. But it was a fiction book and it didn't have much to do with what we wanted. The Dragon's Lair was also fiction, and it was all about dragons, so we didn't need that, either. Feather Ville's Secrets seemed an interesting book which MIGHT come in handy, but it wasn't the best book for our situation. The -Villes might also come in handy. It was a book stolen from the guards, and if this place counted as a -Ville and was in the book, the book would be very useful. The Diary of Vivian Murphy seemed quite good, too. It was about Vivian who fell off the edge of Feather Ville the day after she got her bracelet. She found this place and went to investigate. She was caught by the guards and was taken into a room, like the ones we have now. She found a way to escape, but couldn't find her way back to Feather Ville, but she found Freeze Ville, and lived there instead.

"What are we going to get, Nina?" Tina asked me.

I told her, "I think we'll need The Diary of Vivian Murphy and Feather Ville's Secrets." I quickly looked at the contents of 'The -Villes'. What caught my eye was 'The Failure Zone'. I flipped to that page and sure enough, it was this place. "I think we'll also need this book..." I told Tina, showing her the book.
