Being in the cells wasnt as bad as i thought it would be. I guess me being a pack member i didnt see the ugliness of it that ive heard around the pack. Yes the days ran together and i was only feed twice a day, and i only had a hole as a toilet but i dealt with it and i made it without losing my mind. I passed the days by working out. Doing push ups, sit ups, lunges, squats, and anything else i could do in my limited space. Doing all this help to sooth my anger by focusing into something else. Before i knew it was the last day and my punishment was ending. My back had healed and to my surpise the next in line alpha was here to release from the cells.

" Yours times up. You can come out now." Damien said to me. I say nothing and just nod to acknowledge him and walk out my cell. We walk down the dark hallway without saying a word. I keep my head held high when we walk out the building. As soon as feet the ground indont wait for Damien to say anything to me. I just shift and take my run. My wolfs been haggering me to be let out so i give her full control to do as she pleases. When she finally give me back control where home so i shift and immediately go take a shower. Once im out i get dressed and go to the kitchen and eat anything and everything that was edible and not spoiled in the house. I had some serious shopping to do. I was so lost in eating that i had no idea someone had came in. I went into the living room to sit down and watch tv and Damien was on my couch. I was so surpirised i jumped back and yelled " what the hell are youndoing in my house." He looked lost by my outburst but then understanding came across his face. " If you wouldn't have shifted and run off you would've known that i was trying to talk to you. I wanted to say your strong. I dont think I could've lost a mate and then have another stolen from you and still be standing." Damien said. So i told him like ive told everyone else i dont need your sympathy nor do i want it. Ive been tired of everyone giving me pity. I dont like it and neither does my wolf. She says it make people think we're weak and I agree with her. "You can leave if thats all you've head to say. " I say to Damien. He looks at me shocked. What am i supposed to charmed by him well im not. The then says " my dad wants to see you to". Ok i thought, i get up and head to the door to go to see the aphla. As im at door i notice Damien wasnt behind me. I turn around and yell " are you coming or not. I dont care where you go but you got to get out of my house". I dont wait for him either once i hear his feet moving i just leave him there trialing hehind me on his way to his dads office.
