The drive was long and boring. Where the hell was he taking me. I should of stuck to my guns and declined his offer for this date but no I wanted him to leave me alone so I just had to say yes.

I wonder if the alpha wants him to get rid of me. No thats not the case he wouldn't need to bring me out this far. "Where are we going, we've been driving for what seems like 45 minutes and we

still have not reached our destination". I ask

"Hold your horses we're almost there". He states

"Where are you taking me?" I ask him as he sits in the drivers seat with a smile on his face

" You'll have fun where were going. Trust me." He states. Trust him ha thats funny after everything I've been through why would  I trust another man as long as I live. He must be crazy.

"I'm not trusting you or anyone for that matter." I mutter to myself but I know he heard me bacause he just sighs but says nothing else and I'm glad he's quite again.

Continuing our drive in silence we pull up to the last place I thought a guy would take a girl on a  date to, but I loved it. It was a piant ball course out in the middle of nowhere but it was packed with people.

Moving around going everywhere. When I got out the car and scented the air I could smell all different types of scents. Human and wolf, vampire and pixie, and even some fae mix which is more surprising since they normally stay to themselves and dont mingle with other species.

"This is were your bringing me." I ask looking down at myself, I inspect my outfit. I think I look okay. Blue jeans paints with a light wash and a cute but simple flowy grafic tee. The only thing I'm upset with is that I'm not in a long sleeve shirt. The paint would hurt hitting my arm but that's nothing I couldn't handle.

"Come on don't just stand there gawking." He says trying to be funny. "Ha ha ha your funny but of course I'm coming." I say running up to walk next to him. He pays for us to enter at the gate and then we go in and get geared up and registered for a team. The teams were done at random so you never knew who you were going to teamed up with.

Sitting down waiting for the round to end and them call teams for the next round, we just laughed and joked around until they started calling names. When my name was called I was surprised when I walked up to my team mates to see them being a mix of different species but none the less I just wanted to win.

"For how many of you is this the first time?" One guy yells the  question out. I raise my hand and look around and see if anybody else will and nope I'm the only one. And as I looked around I saw that Damien wasn't on my team which was great because I get to shoot him down. I laugh inside my head thinking I need to rub myself all over these people to hide my scent so he can't hunt me down. "Well do you know how to shoot a gun at least?" Another person asks me.

"Yes I can shoot a gun and I'm also good with a knife." I state matter of fact tone." Well we expect that for a werewolf." Shocked that I heard that comment I look at the person who just said that with a raised eyebrow. "Are you crazy there are humans on our team and your just blantantly stating that I'm a werewolf, have you lost your mind. I thought for a fae youd have some common sense but I guess I was wrong" I state. "Watch your mouth you stupid beast." He spits at me. Ready to fight I walk up to him and get in his face." Who you calling a stupid beast, If your looking for a beast I'll show you one but I'm far from stupid honey." I state dripping in sarcasm.

"Enough the both of you." Someone bellows coming up behind the fae I'm infornt of me. "It's not my fault, she started it." He whines. "No you started it, she's new and doesn't know that the place is charmed so that whatever humans see and hear here will be forgotten the moment they leave these grounds. You know that, she doesn't." He states looking down at me. "It's ok there are only a few trusted humans who truly know about us since we couldn't charm the ones that came here before we realized they were human. This place has been a meeting place for all different speacies for a while. We try no to fight with each other while we'er here though. It's purely for enjoyment and competition. 

Don't worry this one will be getting whats coming to him. I see a very upset soon to be alpha on the other team looking murderous. Your mate is ready to kill. Why didn't you be on the same team as him." He asks with a tilt of head like a wolf. It almost made me laugh.

 Almost." We're not mates. He brought me out here on a date to try to cheer me up since my so called best friend and my second chance mate decided to mate behind my back and now shes pregnant. I tried to kill her once and I really want to kill her now but with being pregnant I can't touch her. So he brought me out here to get away and  I guess he did good cause I can kill here even if it's only with paintballs." I laugh to myself and look up at him to see him looking down at me with pity before he see's the glare on my face and the look leaves his eyes.

" I don't need your pity so don't give me that look. I'm not broken and I'm not week." I state turning around to walk away from him entering the arena as the gate had been opened. I followed the rest of team into the field and toward our desinated home base. When everyone arrived we checked our equipment and then talked strategy. Shortly after we'd came up with our game plan the announcer came on and states that we needed to get to our positions as the round was about to start.

Getting to my position I radio in listening to my other team mates over the radio system stating their in their positions. Then loudy over the intercom the horn blows stating the start of the round. The only thought on my mind. Let the games begin.
