Stiles' pov:
The next morning, I woke up with my arms wrapped around Lydia who looked wide awake.
"Please tell me you slept a little bit." I said, stretching.
"A little. It's hard to sleep when you basically can't move at all on your left side."
I pushed her hair out of her face and kissed her on the cheek.
"Coffee?" I asked.
"Yes please. Suga-"
"Sugar and lots of creme." I interrupted her.
She giggled and leaned back as I got up to go to the kitchen.
"Stiles, can I tell you something crazy?"
"Anything."
"Yesterday, when I died, I saw Allison and Aiden. It was so weird. They told me I had to go back, for you. So then I believed I was alive until I really was." She told me.
"Wow that's insane." I replied.
"You don't believe me, do you?"
"Of course I do! Tell me more about what it's like to die."
"Well after I got hit by the car, there was a flash of white and then darkness for who-knows-how-long. Then, after hours of silence, I heard beeping. Like a heart monitor. The beeping sped up and I felt a sharp pain in my chest. It was awful. And then I heard you... I heard you whisper 'come on Lydia'. Then I saw Alli and Aiden. It was dark again until I woke up. Until I woke up to your Carmel eyes staring down at me." She smiled.
"Wait, you heard me say that?" I asked, surprised.
She nodded and asked if I was in the room when her heart stopped.
"Yeah. I was terrified. No one would tell me what was happening, it felt like the world was coming crashing down."
"Stiles, I love you."
"I love you too." I replied, passing her the coffee in a Disney mug, her favourite.

In the four weeks where Lydia couldn't walk, we spent many days at home sitting on the couch with tons of blankets and snacks, watching movies. The notebook, Titanic, The hunger games and more. We even watched old episodes of Grey's Anatomy seeing that we both loved the show.
Today, I took Lydia to get her cast off her leg and she was so relieved. As we left the hospital, I looked at her smiling face and said "you know, you're my Miracle girl, Martin. Melissa told me they have no idea how you walked away in such good shape."
"And you're my Superman, Stilinski." She gave me a quick peck on the lips.
"How 'bout I plan a nice date for us when you get that sling off." I suggested.
"I would love that."
~
2 weeks later, it was time for our date. Lydia had requested that we went the day after her sling was off and what Lydia Martin wanted, Lydia Martin got. I picked her up around 3:30 and she looked beautiful. She was wearing a lavender coloured romper with some lace along the bottom with a pair of black sandals. Her hair was down in soft curls and she wore Allison's necklace around her neck.
"Wow... You look amazing." I said.
"Thank you. Ready to go?"
"Yep."
We drove to the park with the radio playing softly in the background. Earlier in the day, I had gone to the park and set up a table for Lydia and I to eat dinner at. I also picked up dinner from her favourite Italian restaurant. When we arrived, she yelled "race you to the hill!" And began running.
"What?! No fair!" I complained, chasing after her.
She won and put her hands on her hips "Stilinski, you lost to the girl who got hit by a car under a month ago. How does it feel?"
I jumped to the ground and pulled her down with me, her body landing on top of mine. I pulled her down for a kiss and we stayed there for a while, our lips connected.
"Hey, don't try to get cozy with the winner. You're not getting a rematch." She said.
"Damn. Well, I guess there's no more kissing for you." I teased.
"Okay, okay. You can have a rematch if I get more kissing." She rolled her eyes playfully.
"Deal." I said, kissing her again.
We spent the afternoon running around like kids and laughing until we couldn't breath.
"Stiles! You dropped your toothbrush in the toilet and used it after?!" She shrieked.
"Hey, I was 7 give me a break!" I defended myself.
When it got dark, I showed Lydia to the table I had decorated with a candle and a vase with one flower.
Over dinner, we talked about graduation.
"I can't believe we only have 2 weeks until high school's over." Lydia said.
"I know. I'm gonna miss it, even though it's all I ever complain about." I laugh.
"Me too. I really wish everyone we lost over these couple of years could graduate with us." She said with disappointment in her voice. I knew she was mostly talking about Allison and Aiden.
"Hey, let's not think about that. Let's just have fun." I smiled.
After dinner, we made our way home. In the car, one of our favourite songs "colors" by Halsey comes on. I turn the radio up all the way and Lydia and I scream the lyrics.
"Your little brother never tells you but he loves you so
You said your mother only smiled on her TV show
You're only happy when your sorry head is filled with dope
I hope you made it to the day you're 28 years old-"I look over to Lydia who has her window open and her hair is gracefully blowing in the wind. She looks so beautiful in that moment, smiling bright and giggling. I wonder to myself 'how did I get so lucky?'
~
Lydia comes to my house and we go straight up to my room. Kisses and professing our love to each other turns to making out and I think you know what happens next...

Lydia's pov:
Waking up in Stiles' bed with my bare legs against his flannel sheets is a magical feeling. I can't even describe it. A year ago, if you told me I ended up with Stiles, I wouldn't believe you, but here I am lying next to my superman Stilinski. And I'm his Miracle Girl Martin. We're a team.
